Being from Australia, I only know of Philly Cheesesteaks through movies & tv shows, so I was very excited to try one out.
Absolutely unbelievable. The flavour, cheese to meat ratio & lightness of the meal was perfection. The staff were friendly & professional, service was quick & easy. Highly recommend!

Husband and son both ate cheesesteaks and said they were great. You wait for them to be cooked so they were super hot and fresh. Mozz sticks and fries were also a hit. If in the mall and wanting a cheesesteak, so check them out.

You want an honest review? Sure.

Food: Chicken Philly was bland, no flavour whatsoever. Avoid this one as you will be wasting your money.

The beef one tasted OK. There was some flavour in the meat which made it mildly tolerable.

There is zero care in the presentation. It’s basically just meat tossed on bread with a couple slices of cheese and an overwhelming amount of lettuce and tomatoes to obviously use less meat.

The food looked nothing like the pictures.

Service: Terrible. The lady at the cash register made zero effort to help, guide or even show us what to do. Not that it’s hard to figure out but when you’re clearly a tourist and don’t “know how the system works” you would appreciate a little common courtesy. She looked like she’d had enough of working there and we were just another annoying customer to her, even though I kept my cool and was nice the entire time.

Overall, bad experience and wouldn’t go back to this one. Also made sure that everyone I know avoids it. Do better Charley’s and please invest in your employees so they at least put on a slight smile when they’re working.

I wanted to eat a Philly cheesesteak in Hawaii, so I looked for it and it came up here, so I went to try it.

It's very voluminous and will make your stomach full.

Ordered online and picked up my order went back to my shop and found out I was missing one ultimate fries and one regular fries. Called immediately and no answer so waited an hour and called again only to be told they can't do refunds as their refund manager is not working. Called the next day and was told the refund manager just went on break and they would call me back. Called the day after that because I did not receive a call back and was told they would refund me for the fries and they would call back once they refund me. Never got a call back. This place will take your money. Not worth the hassle trying to work anything out with them. I also explained what happened on their feedback website and selected the option to get back to me about the problem. Still no response. Very disappointed with how this situation has been handled.

Whenever I go to Hawaii, I always stop by the Ala Moana food court. It's a really hot place. This time, I bought a cheese-covered product from this shop that included thinly sliced ​​beef and fries. It has a very salty flavor, so if you don't eat it with bread or something, your blood pressure will skyrocket. But it tasted like American junk food and was delicious. It's more of a side dish than a snack.
