Awesome food, stuffed mushrooms and garlic chicken were great, and dragon fruit mojito was tasty. Excellent service and nice tunes from the band playing.
This restaurant has been around for a lot of years and over those years. We've enjoyed many meals. This location is old and probably in need of renovation. The food was good and nicely presented. Prices were competitive for the area.
Overrated old restaurant. Scaffolding adjacent to our open air table. Railing adjacent was filthy. Carpet was filthy throughout the restaurant. Bathroom filthy. The food was good but overpriced. My wife ordered a glass of red Zinfandel. They brought white Zinfandel. The bar server inexplicably brought the bottle man of white zin over to “prove” that she was right. We had to get the red from another server. That wine was corked and gone bad. We sent it back and asked for a cab. They re poured the red zin. Same wine. We gave up. They would not take it off the bill. Children were allowed to run wild thru the restaurant. We won't be back
10/10 would recommend. We had a happy & fun times ! Thanks ! You should come to this restaurant. The foods are great and people are super nice! We are all the way from Japan and it was my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. We've gotten a lovely card from a lovely lady ! We really loved it here! Defo we WILL come back.
We had the best experience Very nice waitress And a great seat We were not rushed and saw the fireworks from our table The food as some of the best ! We had the chopped salad, the Chilean Sea Bass and the Key Lime Pie !
Our server / bus boy, Kris and Ken, were terrific. Pleasant, attentive, and explained about the dishes, so we could make great choices for our meals. The food was very good and was brought quickly. Overall, it was a good first night and meal in Hawaii.
I am sure the Chart House is fine but we left due to the loud music and in going reservations to the front of the building.
The food and service were great, and our servers were on top of it. The only thing was it was so hot in there we could barely breathe. They did not have the air conditioning on and all of the doors to the outside were open. It was extremely uncomfortable the whole time. Other than that, we really enjoyed it. It really doesn't make sense to have that level of heat. It is steakhouse where everybody is eating hot food. The portions were also a little bit skimpy for the price. I paid $100 for a half pound of crabs and it was about eight good bites.
No AC. Food was cold. Overcooked mahi mahi, unusual short rib a mediocre cooking/presentation of it. Oysters were edible and hard to get wrong. Service was good. One and done sadly.
We had a very nice dinner at this classic "old school" restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. My mother-in-law was with us. She is a long-time friend of the Chart House Founder Joey Cabell, the world-renowned surfer and waterman. The excellent food and service was a real treat!

I remember going to Chart House as a kid and it's still delicious. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the scampi was terrific. It's great for a special night out
Great atmosphere, great place for sunset and delicious food!
