Our server / bus boy, Kris and Ken, were terrific. Pleasant, attentive, and explained about the dishes, so we could make great choices for our meals. The food was very good and was brought quickly. Overall, it was a good first night and meal in Hawaii.

The food and service were great, and our servers were on top of it. The only thing was it was so hot in there we could barely breathe. They did not have the air conditioning on and all of the doors to the outside were open. It was extremely uncomfortable the whole time. Other than that, we really enjoyed it. It really doesn't make sense to have that level of heat. It is steakhouse where everybody is eating hot food. The portions were also a little bit skimpy for the price. I paid $100 for a half pound of crabs and it was about eight good bites.

No AC. Food was cold. Overcooked mahi mahi, unusual short rib a mediocre cooking/presentation of it. Oysters were edible and hard to get wrong. Service was good. One and done sadly.

We had a very nice dinner at this classic "old school" restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. My mother-in-law was with us. She is a long-time friend of the Chart House Founder Joey Cabell, the world-renowned surfer and waterman. The excellent food and service was a real treat!

I remember going to Chart House as a kid and it's still delicious. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the scampi was terrific. It's great for a special night out

I'd hang off from coming here unless you're really trying to stay within walking distance of Waikiki. Food was decent at best and the service was really bad. My wife and I came here and it took over an hour for us to get our appetizer not to mention how long for our food. I asked the server if they had forgot about us and he jokingly said something like don't worry I just put it in a rushed order. As if that made things better. The food was okay which is what made me leave a couple stars, if not it'd be zero all together. No type of accommodations or acknowledgement of the poor service just felt like this is what it was.
Came here with the family for dinner on a Saturday night around 8pm. I was hoping for live music as it was advertised but there was none at the time we dined. We were sat right away as we arrived at reservation time and given warm reception by the staff. It is Waikīkī, so the food prices were reflective of that. We ordered a couple of appetizers including the stuffed mushrooms which were delicious. The main dishes ordered by myself and the rest of the family received great feedback as well. The noise levels are a bit vibrant so be prepared to speak loudly amongst your table. It's a great choice for dinner if you are in the area, just be prepared to spend a bit.

I had booked the place for my wifes birthday dinner. First seats given were facing scaffolding and outside when it was humid and sprinkling. On asking for a different table, the host rolled her eyes. They finally gave us a good table and rhe server Ava was amazing ! 5 stars for her alone and the food quality.

Overall food was good for value especially the maine lobster dish exeeded expectations for money. Foods were delivered a bit slow, we guess due to Saturday dinner high time though. Only negative thing was that brown rice as a side need to be improved. Anyway, we experienced an iconic Hawaiian weekend dinner. Thank you so much!

Ranko was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, while Makana made sure everything ran smoothly. Together they created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that we’ll definitely come back for. This is the 4th Chart House that I have visited. The food is consistently good and the service is superb. Maui, our waiter, knew the products and helped us with decisions. Though they are going through remodeling, it is worth the visit.
