This is the 4th Chart House that I have visited. The food is consistently good and the service is superb. Maui, our waiter, knew the products and helped us with decisions. Though they are going through remodeling, it is worth the visit.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and very attentive. Food is timely, fresh, and super ono. So delicious! Love the live Hawaiian music. I would highly recommend.

We were forced to sit in the hot sun by a dirty construction site, even though I repeatedly told the waiter and the manager that we were hot and uncomfortable. I was sweating the whole time. The bread at the house was substandard. Also the parking sign for the chart house parking were not posted. So we parked where we thought was the parking for chart house. The manager was most unhelpful and rude when we asked him to validate the parking ticket. What was supposed to be a special dinner turned out to be a miserable time.

Horrible reception service. We had a 445pm reservation and couldn’t be seated because only 2/5 parties were present and they wanted 3, and when all parties arrived, other guests who just came were brought to their table first instead of having a queue system

. OPEN TABLE asked if there was any special occasion when I booked my reservation and I noted we were celebrating my granddaughter's birthday. We had made reservations for 4:45 so we could take advantage of Chart Houses early 3 courses menu. (58 dollars) before 5:30. Upon arrival we were greeted and they handed her a happy birthday card. After a delicious meal They concluded our dinner by presenting a piece of cheese cake with a candle on it and served it on a special Happy Birthday plate. Service and food was very good. I would not hesitate to eat here again.

We had an amazing time. I came here tonight for my birthday and we loved the food, atmosphere, and service. Our waiter was the chill guy with the tribal arm tats. I believe his name was Michael or something with an M, but anyways he always showed up at the right time. He made sure my birthday was great! Thank you so much Michael for making the experience amazing.

We split the prime rib with upgraded baked potato which was plenty enough for both of us. It was delicious. We sat near the window so had a nice view of the boat dock. I haven't been here for awhile and was surprised at how popular it is.

Food was good. Server seemed overworked with too many tables assigned. The restaurant is open-air & needed more air conditioning as the afternoon sun directly hits diners.

Brought my partner here for Father's Day brunch. We were seated immediately at a table with an awesome view of the harbor. Wait staff were super friendly and attentive and kept the coffee coming. Food was great! Couldn't have asked for a better start to our day. Highly recommend!

Aloha I Ordered the 1/2 rack of baby back ribs on happy hour for $19.99 and received 2 ribs!! Very fatty too.

As a local from maui and was surprised on the quality of food. After thirty years they lost my business over 2 fatty ribs for $10 each!!!

Never again will I go there

Always love that place but they just did renovations down and Waikiki and they did a little too much with the menu for me.

Great restaurant with great food! The coconut shrimp and oysters Rockefeller were delicious and the waitstaff, albeit a bit busy, took good care of us. Ah, also, they forgot one of our orders, but other than that, all good.

Food was good as usual.... The service was lacking a little other than the busser filling up or water glasses every 30 seconds with only a sip missing from it. The power went out towards the end of our dinner with the staff being mostly focused on that issue instead of customers. I'm a frequent customer to Charthouse and will say this was the worst experience I've had here. Leaving a not so desirable experience on a first date.

This is my first time in Waikiki, and this restaurant was right around the corner so I'd figure I would try....NOT disappointed!!! I started with the fried zucchini, and my main was the Sweet n Spicy wings and asparagus. The wing sauce had a mango flavor to it, not too spicy but it was A-Mazing! They also make their ranch in house and it was some of the best ranch I've ever had. To drink I got the mocktail option "Magic Island Lemonade" and it came with a cute little gummy bear on it. It wasn't overly loud and my server was extremely attentive and polite. I would have gotten dessert but I was just too full! Next time I'll have to try the Hawaiian Mud Pie xD

Great food of all kinds, beautifully plated. Wait staff very attentive and friendly. Noise level very good and able to have conversation. The only downside was the bright sun coming in and roasting a couple of us. It was a wonderful place for a group celebration.
