It has jumped the shark, regrettably. Been coming to Hawaii for a dozen years for work. I enjoy a good burger prepared well. This place is close to my hotel and the service and burgers in the past were pleasant and fresh. Went Friday night and it was not good on all accounts. The food was so-so and our waiter was a drama queen. He really was. Not sure if the place changed ownership or what. But it looked and felt dingy and unkept. I would bot recommend this place at all.

We had a great experience! We wanted some good food and our Server/bartender Nolan was exceptional. Service was fast. Food was good. We came back a second time, Nolan was there again and again, service was excellent. Coconut shrimp was reasonably priced for waikiki and tasted excellent. Wife and I split a cheeseburger. After our apps, it was enough to fill us both up. His Mai Tais were the best we had over our 10 day stay. We will be back at our next visit.

Good service, on 2nd floor of the Royal Hawaiian shopping, near Ruth's Chris. The kalua pork tacos were pretty good. There are outdoor tables overlooking the street. You cannot go wrong with a cheeseburger here.

The is the Waikiki Cheeseburger joint that everyone raves about. Excellent burgers and pork fries (fries covered in pulled BBQ pork). Will eat here again.

Great service. Server was super friendly and nice. Great breakfast for 5.99$. Food came out really quick and was delish!

Can't believe how sad this chain has become. No more paradise for sure. Got turkey burger with season fries. Cold fries.... bun was so doughy, was not enjoyable. The actual turkey patty was good. Restaurant was Empty and sad especially for a Saturday.

Terrible experience. Terrible food. Terrible service. Wrong menus provided, Corona without lime after asking several times, couldn’t order vegetables for child, taco burger, and Caesar salad were terrible. Worst food we have ever eaten in Hawaii after 18 visits

Went with a party of 2. Waited 10 mins before anyone came to talk to us. Ordered nachos and salad. Photos speak for themselves. Manager did give $4 discount. No idea who the wait staff was... started with a female then manager then some random guy.

Had lunch here, b***** was good. Service was good and if you setting outside you can watch everyone walk by. Good location easy in and out.
Ate here for brunch today around 11am. Seated promptly, drinks brought immediately. We ordered three breakfast specials (5.99 for 2 eggs, hashbrowns, toast and coffee) and a Royal Ali'i Burger. Pros: The breakfast specials eggs were all cooked perfectly, hashbrowns crispy, and they even had our sourdough toast! Coffee was strong and flavorful. Cheeseburger was cooked well but still very juicy, the bacon was perfectly cooked and tasty, as well as the egg was perfectly cooked. Additionally, the fries were crispy and delicious. Bloody Mary's were also made very well! For only $6! Cons: The orange juice was not fresh, nor was it from concentrate. It presented a similar taste to Tampico. The hamburger itself was a bit under seasoned for my liking, tasted only of beef. Would've desired more salt and pepper, maybe a garlic or onion note. Our waiter was quick and accurate. All in all a good experience.

Great food, excellent service. The burgers are amazing, full of flavor and just the right size. Highly recommended.

Awful food, poor service, extremely dirty restaurant and washrooms at very expensive prices, do not recommend and definitely will not be back

Trey was a great waiter. Cheeseburger salad was amazing. Fun stop. I’ll be back next visit to Waikiki.

Our waitress was top notch. On top of everything and has me answers to all our questions. I got the pastrami dip burger and it was heavenly.
