We arrived at 8pm and had a 1 hour wait for a table which we were more than happy to do. Unfortunately our waiter was rushed off her feet and didn't give much at all. She forgot a drink order, never offered to refill drinks and we couldn't find her to finalise the bill. In the end we had to chase down another staff member who printed off our cheque. It makes me question why we should even tip when she didn't do anything 🤔 Food was excellent though. Prices ridiculously high.

Our experience here was extremely disappointing. Me and my friends decided to welcome our friend back to hawaii. This type of service is not something we want to celebrate with our friend! We were seated in a table with poor air flow and politely asked to the next bigger table with better ventilation, the manager looked visibly annoyed and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We understand that this place is very busy but we cant stand the heat on that table. Our server Ema barely checked on us the entire time! No refills, no follow ups, and I even asked for a water with lemon that never came. The worse part was we clearly asked to split the $53 cash and the rest is going towards my card, but she charged the full amount in my card and kept the cash as her tips is not okay! We already waiting long enough for our server to check up on us to ask her for at least water or napkins. It was a very tiring night we are in a rush in our uber and i didn’t even realize until the next day that she charged my card for the whole amount.

Our to-go order took 50 minutes today. We thought it would be quicker as travelling with 2 infants, but alas, our table was ready before our take out was. Waiters had an extesential crisis. Avoid if travelling with kids. It's a joke

We got Jesi as our waitress, and she was so great! Cheesecake was excellent, but it is very sweet if you're not used to it. Cheeseburger was excellent as well.
