Good food but the service is brutal here. They treat patrons like an annoyance, but will want a 20 percent tip, of course.

This was my first time to Cheesecake factory, it was elaborately a pretty and elaborately decorated American diner essentially. The food was underwhelming, american sizing, bland-average taste (nothing is spicey). The service was fine and friendly enough, we waited a good while to get some bread, but our server was quite busy and nice about it. I had the orange chicken which was stodgy and with way too much rice. The Cheesecake was a little overly sweet, but otherwise nice enough and lots of options (probably not worth naming the chain after though...). My partner had the shepherds pie, which was average.

My husband and I just got married in Hawaii and went to the Cheesecake Factory to celebrate. First, the only downside was the broccoli my husband order was just a head of broccoli steamed adjacent with his grilled salmon. Otherwise food would have been 5 stars. On the other hand, our overall experience was AMAZING! Our waiter MATHIEU C (from France) was the best we’ve ever had. He was very polite and I enjoyed his “lady’s first” rule ?. Meaning he would take my order and fill my glass of water first. Simple manners like his I don’t see often these days and are very refreshing. He was too kind and offered to take a photo of my husband and I.MATHIEU C was a next level waiter and he seems like a wonderful guy even outside of his job. He deserves all the praise and we wish him the best. Thank you for a wonderful meal and experience!!

Been here so many times over the years.. we always do take-away to avoid the queues.. it works well mostly, I recommend you get there early to get your food as fresh as possible.. some of the food doesnt do well otherwise... On weekends they do the takeaway outside which is much easier.1 tip is to use the Doordash app if you are visiting from out of the US, as their own website only allows for US Zip Codes which wont match your credit card.. the Door Dash app menu is not as good.. but its close enough.

(Japanese available)An iconic Hawaiian eatery, this is my first visit to this restaurant that has always had a huge line since I lived in Hawaii 10 years ago! (The entire menu is posted here, so be sure to check out the price range!) The portions are huge, so it's perfect for two people to share. The food is rich and flavorful, and will definitely make your drinks go down a treat! All the dishes are juicy and perfect for when you're hungry. Personally , I really enjoyed the atmosphere at Bar Cauter and would like to try it next time. Happy Hour on weekdays only!A restaurant that symbolizes Hawaii. I had supper 3 times at this place while I was in honolulu and the food was always amazing. I strongly recommend the macadamia crusted fresh hawaiian fish with ginger-lime sauce(my favourite out of the 3 dishes). It was very good. The cobb salad was excellent and the chicken piccata too.Great ambiance. Outstanding service. We had a small incident on the first day here but It was quickly fixed by the manager.Error is human. What is important to me and how a situation is handled and in this case, It was done in a very professional way. There’s a reason why there’s always a big line-up to eat here. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Don't recommend!!As soon as they knew we were tourists, they immediately brushed us to the side, told us we had to wait for a table, and we waited there. They were serving other people and dismissed us when we questioned them.

There was always a long line at this restaurant, but they had moved the busy time so I was able to get in right away.I ordered Chicken Madeira, beer and salted caramel cheesecake. The food was slow to come out, but it was delicious. Please be careful as the quantity is large.
