They will not answer your phone, and walk-ins are a pain in the butt. Go ahead try give them a call, leave a message too, they won't get back to you.

Francis man...im speechless. My truck looks so much better now thanks to you and your expertise! Sent a yelp message to a bunch of shops and out of all of them Francis was the only one who took the time to educate me on what would work best for my truck. Hands down this man knows what customer service is! I had one shop reply to me with a simple "nah" when I asked for help. Not gonna put them on blast here! Took my truck in today for a 2" Rough Country leveling kit, 1.5" spacers and BF Goodrich KO2's on my stock rims. My wife and I was floored by the results and VERY happy with the service that they provided at Chance Customs. I could have gone to another shop but I chose Chance Customs because of the time Francis dedicated for me in educating me on why one kit would work and what not. You're the man bro and I will be sure to reccommend you to anyone looking for modifications. If you reading this because you are shopping around, stop and message Francis...I promise you will not be disappointed! Mahalo!

First of all, I had no work done here. Their scheduled was too full to get me in right away. But whoever I spoke with on the phone was super courteous and gave me great suggestions. Apologized that they were too booked up for the week. Next project I will definitely give these guys a call.

I always wanted to try this place so a perfect sunny Saturday seemed fitting to stop by. Staff: the owners were honestly a 5 star alone. Super friendly and very helpful when deciding what drink we wanted. Whatever questions we had they answered and made sure to explain how to drink our drinks. Drinks: we ordered a black tea w/ ramune ice cream and a Okinawa brown sugar fresh milk tea + boba. The owner told me before ordering that the brown sugar drink DOES NOT contain any caffeine (just an FYI) which I really did appreciate especially since I usually prefer the caffeine. But I made an exception since I heard great things about this drink! She made sure to specify that I needed to shake well before drinking too. Overall, the drink was SOOO GOOD. A perfect blend with the fresh milk that made me enjoy the drink from start to end. Their boba gets the thumbs up as it is also a nice chewy consistency that I look for. Even without the caffeine I would probably order this again. The black tea alone was really delicious. The owner recommend we drink a little of the tea and then mix to blend the tea and ice cream together. This by far was such a unique drink. If you like soda floats, this is basically it but in tea form!Overall: awesome first impressions and will come back to try other menu items

Finally got to check this place out after seeing it a lot on ig, but dang this place really does not disappoint.Drinks: 5/5I really appreciated how their menu wasn't too long or too short. It was the perfect amount of options to choose from, where you could experience a diverse range of drinks that fit your mood without getting stressed about which one to choose. I ended up ordered the Okinawa Black Sugar Milk Tea with half and half tapioca boba and custard (apparently the custard is a new add on) as it was the most popular drink here. After shaking the drink as advised, I took my first sip of the drink and WOW, the blend of the black sugar with the milk and tea hits spot on, and the added boba and custard is a real cherry on top to the drink. I was pretty mind blown for the first few sips to be honest because it was just that good. I'm usually someone who prefers 50% sweetness if I get a choice, but even without that choice this had a good level of sweetness. My friend ordered the black milk tea with (ramune) ice cream and oh my gosh, that one was super yummy too! She enjoyed how the ramune ice cream taste was noticeable but not overpowering to the actual drink itself. Honestly I didn't even know ramune ice cream was a thing, but I love how the drinks here are pretty "one of a kind". P.S. Drinks come in only one size (it's pretty big too, if I were to guess, maybe it's about a 20 oz size cup)Price: 4.5/5So my Okinawa black sugar milk tea came out to exactly $6.50, and my friend's black milk tea with ice cream came out to $6, both including tax. This price isn't bad for what you get, as the drinks are unique and the size of the cup is on the larger size, I've paid over $7 in the past for similar size drinks.Service: 5/5My friend and I stopped by right when they opened at 11am on a Thursday and we were the only customers the whole time we were there. The lady who took our order was super sweet, she was very informational about the drinks and apologized for the wait as my black sugar boba drink will take a little longer to make. Once we got our drinks and were hanging around outside enjoying them and talking story for a while, she came back out to check on us and ask how we liked them.Parking: 3/5I think parking is the trickiest part, especially if you're planning to come here by yourself as there is only street/meter parking around the block. My friend and I actually got to It's Tea an hour before they were open so we decided to park at Ward and hang out there before walking over to get our boba.Honestly this place is so good, I can't wait to go back!

We tried their classic black tea with ramune ice cream and okinawa black sugar milk tea with boba and custard. They did not disappoint. We're giving this place 5 stars because the owner/worker there was really friendly and they took time to explain what was inside the drinks. 5/5. Limited parking available infront of the store.

I have been a hunt to try as many brown sugar milk teas across the island and I was recommended this place by a lot of people on IG so I was really excited to try this place, but I was quite disappointed. I went on a Friday afternoon and there was a short line outside. There was no parking, so my boyfriend just ended up waiting in a no parking zone in the car. The store itself is super small and you have to wait outside for your drink. The cashier, who I suspect is one, or if not, the owner of the place. She was very nice and friendly. She asked me if this was my first time coming here and I told her yes. She explained their specialties even though I knew what I was going to get off the bat, but I liked that she explained them to me. I ordered the Okinawan Black Sugar Milk Tea w/ boba. She told me that there is actually no caffeine in the drink even, which I was totally fine with. I wanted to try the boba with the custard cake topping which I heard is really good, but I wanted to be fair with all the other places I'm trying and reviewing. My order came out fairly fast. The drink aesthetically looks so amazing. I wish it tasted as good as it looked. My biggest problem with the drink was the flavor. The drink itself was pretty bitter and I have a sweet tooth, so I thought maybe it's just me. However, my boyfriend, who doesn't like sweets all too much, even agreed that the drink wasn't very sweet at all. Also, the flavor of the black sugar just didn't appeal to me. The boba was soft and chewy, but they gave way too much. I felt like I was chewing 3 or 4 boba balls per sip. Overall, I'm pretty sad that I didn't like this place. I had such high expectations, but it fell flat. If I were to try this place again, I'd maybe get the drink with the custard cake as I imagine it would make the drink sweeter or I'd just order something else. UGHHHH I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! Not just because the tea is AMAZING but also because the owners are just the sweetest people in the whole world. We've been here a few times and the owners always remember us and chat with us. There were a few people waiting for their drinks when we went, and the owner apologized profusely while we waited for her to make those drinks. After placing our order she told us about how they're planning on releasing new flavors soon, and encouraged us to come back (which we will!) and before leaving, she handed us some chilled Andes mint chocolates because "it's hot outside." That is the epitome of excellent customer service - caring for your customers and making sure they leave happy! The Okinawa Black Sugar Milk is at a set sweetness which I usually wouldn't like because I tend to like my drinks set at 0-50%, but this one is absolutely perfect. You have to mix it before you drink it, or it'll be way too sweet. The boba is ABSOLUTE. PERFECTION. it's always soooo soft and warm - the first time you take a sip it almost melts in your mouth, and you can't get this kind of boba anywhere else! The milk itself is on the richer side and gets all of it's sweetness from the black sugar on the boba and the custard pudding. The Black Tea with ramune ice cream is also sooo amazing! I like the richer milk teas more than plain teas, but the ramune ice cream makes this drink much more creamier while still keeping it light and refreshing. Two of the greatest drinks in my opinion!
