We enjoy Chef's Chai's early bird menu especially the tender loin in puff pastry. Appetizers are delicious and varied
Staff and Ambience were Fantastic! The dishes were well presented and delicious, well prepared. We had the Deep Fried Red Snapper and the Sea Bass. Will definitely come back next year. Phoenix,AZ
From the friendly hostess greeting through the whole dining experience, excellent! They even crumb the table. The signature appetizer can be increased depending upon number of guests. And the halo halo, with no added sugars and chia seeds is refreshing and brilliant.
The staff provided excellent service. I had previously met Chef Chai and his staff at another venue where Chef Chai had catered. That is where I tasted Chef Chai's food. I was very impressed with the quality of the food. So, I decided to visit Chef Chai's Restaurant to share the tasty experience with my family. When we visited the restaurant, one of the staff members recognized me and treated my family with several desserts FREE. My family was pleasantly surprised by the excellent hospitality. Mahalo!!!
Very much enjoyed Robert Casemiro. Great service. Great food. Glad you had vegetarian options.
We were there to celebrate a birthday and the staff were really attentive and accommodating considering how busy it was. Great experience!
Our party of 3 made reservations for the Early Bird special at Chef Chai's specifically because the published menu was very enticing and of great value .... a 4-course prime rib dinner for $55. Our reception was very welcoming, pre-dinner cocktails quite original and well presented (and reasonably priced), and the food excellently presented and in sufficient volume to satisfy all. All of us were thoroughly pleased. This was not our first visit to Chai's, so we knew that our dining experience would be great ..... and it again met all of our expectations. We will return again.
We attended the Prime Rib dinner special and had a fabulous dinner! The food and service were excellent!
Prime rib was sensational and whole fried fish was Epic. Server Randy said I killed the the fish a second time lol. Thai coffee tiramisu and their creme rule were epic. Server Randy was exceptional.
TJ was very accommodating and nice . Food was delicious they only critique was the lobster bisque wasn't hot

Food was delicious, and so was the presentation. Ambience was beautiful. And the Early Bird menu prices helped two kapuna to enjoy a wonderful meal.
The restaurant was not crowded. However, there was a party of 9 who were extremely boisterous and loud. At times, there conversations were so loud that we couldn't hear ourselves. Their volume almost hurt our own hearing. Otherwise, our dinner would have been perfect!
Took advantage of the Prime Rib Special. First thing waiter said was there was no rare. I said how can you have a Prime Rib special night and not have rare? Waiter said only medium rare at best. Prime rib was more US Choice rib as it was not tender as prime rib is suppose to be. I go to Chai's often but have never had meat. Was eager to try this prime rib special as he is a good chef. Disappointing.
A Chef Chi special! We like his specials, and try to go whenever they are advertised. This special was prime rib or fish. We had one of each. Appetizer was good, starter was good, one salad and one soup. The only comment was the prime rib was a bit overcooked..asked for medium rare and received a medium cooked cut.
Great service, great meal for a great price. The special was more food than one could expect for $56. We'll be back.
