Best Lao food ever!!! It's hidden been here for over 30 years, our pit stop every time we come !Honolulu. It's ghetto mall, but a hidden secret gems!!! Everything is fresh and no package stuff. Even the som moo, they made it from rice, no package stuff. Oh my god, it melts in your mouth. We bought everything 2 orders of everything some is 4 orders. We killed it. Chad loved it so much, my mom said Chad should marry a Lao girl!!! Hahahaha we are going to buy more good to take back to LA. It's so good and original like back in Laos with out having to smuggle the food in from Asia.

Lots of delicious Laotian and Thai food here. The spicy Laotian sausage, papaya salad and mango sticky rice are super good, as is practically everything else wrapped in banana leaf. They also sell house made pork rinds and mudfish-chili dip. Expand your flavor palette and try some delicious southeast Asian food from this and the other food stalls at Maunakea marketplace. Just make sure to bring cash because some places don't accept card payment.

Go there They have great food and the woman has been running the stand for 22 years and they really need some local business because there's no tourism or tour boats or anything like that so make your way into the market and have some fun and take it to go but $20 you can get a lot of food

Home style Lao comfort food at a decent price... they have my Lao favorites khao piak stewed chicken hand cut noodle soup and nam khao( crispy rice with sour pork). Call her up and she'll make special orders like awk gai ban (aromatic chicken stew) not sold anywhere in Hawaii haven't gotten a chance to order it yet but will definitely share photos when I do. Also a must try for 3 bucks they have sakoo yat sai tapioca pork balls just think Thai dimsum it's subtly sweet and savory with peanuts and freakin addicting... also try their banana leaf wrapped fish if you like Thai hot this is your dish.
