Drive through person who took our order was very nice, the young girl at the window was very rude, first our order was not complete, glad we didn’t drive off, then when asking to have our dressings she said she had to see if we were charged, we were, then through them angrily in the bag….. Sorry for visiting your establishment..

The manager of this place needs a raise. He was working hard alongside the employees and when the guy taking my order messed it up they gave me my fries and drink for free with a big smile. The people taking orders were kinda confused themselves on taking the orders outside of the normal counter (weekends they move to the outside area to take orders). But the manager was as cool as a cucumber. I’m also gluten free and was able to safely eat a chicken sandwich, nuggets and fries. The big 5 stars tho is for the manager and his hard working team taking in a busy Ala Moana on a weekend.

I have been eating Chic-fil-A for over 6 years now and as much as I have had Chick-fil-A I have never had an experience like I did with my new best friend at Chick-fil-A a Logan! From the moment I walked up to him this guy had the most out of this world energy I have ever experienced! People like Logan is the reason Chic Fil A is still standing and in my opinion will forever stand and it is becauenof people like Logan!

Hype. TOO MUCH SODIUM. Ordered spicy deluxe. Popeyes is less sodium and more meat. Cilantro lime sauce has little flavor. Feel like crap and had much higher expectations.
Check what you bought before you leave. They make terrible mistakes. Went back once and still items missing. So disappointed.

First one in line Thursday morning. Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches, got a cob salad. Was in a hurry to catch a flight so I didn't check the order until I got back to the big island. The bag was heavy enough that it felt right. I guess they only hire sped or Arc people to work there. I get better service from my pet rock. Idiots.

Wanted to try this chain as it’s quite well known. Service was friendly and the burger was enjoyable but nothing revolutionary though admittedly the chicken is very succulent
