It was impressive Chick-fil-A seemed to have at least 10 workers. Truly the company had been blessed for taking a firm stand for Godly values a few years ago when it was the norm to bow to pressures supporting ungodliness.

Excellent service on each of my visits in the face of crushing crowds as they have just recently opened here. Very happy to have Chick-fil-A here on island.It is in a mall, and I don't personally go to a mall for atmosphere. Chick-fil-A has done what it can to contribute to a great atmosphere for their customers. Finding a place to sit can be difficult, but again, that's not on Chick-fil-A as the mall food court is a shared space with all the restaurants.
In the past 10yrs, I've only tried this franchise twice in my life in 2 different mainland states. Obviously this a first at a Hawaii location. The set up here in the food court is a bit confusing so make sure you're reading all the Fil-A signs at the counter. If you're not ordering via the mobile app then you'll have to turn around to the roped-off tables in the food court directly behind you where there are Fil-A employees waiting to take your orders via iPads. Anyway, today I went shopping during my lunch break so I was surprised that there were only 2 people waiting in line. The tall Asian kid who took my order wasn't too helpful, much less, possessed a personality! My Original Chicken sandwich meal came out within 10 mins, however, I was sadly disappointed. The sandwich & fries were soggy! Sandwich was warm but chicken was SALTY! I've read other reviews stating similar experiences with a few even comparing Fil-A's to Popeyes. Unfortunately I have to agree--not worth the $15 I paid or lack in personality I received. This experience SUCKED! It's a 1 & done for me Hawai'i! So take your money back to Popeyes folks!

I ordered Chick-fil-A's spicy chicken sandwich & waffle potato fries and they're still great for the price. Their dips are the highlights. Dipping waffle potato fries and spicy chicken sandwich in the chick-fil-a sauce, so good.
I like the service and products. The products are diverse and nice.

I came as a tourist here, and I had an extremely disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. The staff treated me poorly, and I felt disrespected during my visit. Additionally, I was uncomfortable as an 18-year-old tourist who was fat-shamed for my weight. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and I left feeling disheartened. I hope they can address these issues for a more positive customer experience. The food was decently BAD. Rude and inhospitable experience. :(

So excited when this Chick-fil-a opened. We used to live in Tennessee and loved this place for their excellent service and Southern hospitality. Glad to see their mantra continue with this Hawai'i location, that can be a stressful and hectic spot. Food and sauces are ono, especially the waffle fries! A standout among the rest at this food court and I'm glad to see it getting good reviews.
