They mess up your order like it’s a standard operating procedure.
Ordered chicken lettuce wrap, they forgot the entire chicken. No where on the instructions did it say to exclude chicken. Maybe they saw I could stand to lose a few pounds and did me a favor. Also ordered the Cobb salad and as expected, they did not include dressing. Talk about commitment!
Ps I did in fact eat the tomato/cheese/pickle lettuce wrap and it was surprisingly tasty, in the same way Vienna sausage straight out the can is when there’s nothing else to eat
I visited this location twice. The 1st time I picked up dinner for family, we don't live in town. I was down that way for an appointment. When I arrived home, 1 whole meal was missing from the bag. I called, and the manager just replaced the missing meal and threw in a brownie. My husband drove back down tonight to pick up dinner and get the missing meal. When he returned home, guess what that same meal plus the brownie was not in the bag. I called 5x, and no one answered the phone. He had to drive all the way back to the location. Just Ridiculous! On top of the issues, the food was so cold, and the sweet tea tasted water.
Extremely slow and unprofessional! Got to the drive through with a car in front of me ordering. Then sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes after i ordered with only a car in front of me. Had to drive off before I got my food to make it to work. Shame the ones on the mainland are so nice
Stopped by for breakfast. Consistent experience. Quick service, great food.
Fast food is getting expensive. $28 for one combo and a kids meal.
It's Chick-fil-A, no surprises, it's just Chick-fil-A

We walked here for a meal before visiting HoMA.
This is drive through only and that part seems chaotic.
For walk up customers, don’t bother. There is no sit down restaurant and you basically wait on the sidewalk, next to the chaotic drive thru, while random homeless people wander around shouting conspiracy theories.
If there was a negative atmosphere score, this place would earn it.
Staff interactions were very brief as the window was opened and slammed shut.
Go somewhere else.
Parking: You can park across the road in a paid lot, but you have to walk a few hundred yards to the pedestrian crossing and back. Not worth it.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. You’d be waiting on the sidewalk next to a busy road
Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible? Drive thru only.

My daughters and I went to have breakfast and when it was time to leave my car would not start. The manager, Howie came out and was so kind and compassionate as he saw that I was having a melt down unsure what to do being a single mom. Howie then kindly asked if he could take a look and knew what exactly to do, jumping my car and calmly explained to me what to do and that everything would be okay. It was so nice of him to help me and my kids in this moment, it’s rare that people will go out of their way to help strangers now days. Not only was the food and customer service exceptional but everything about this location is pure genuine and excellent! I would definitely make the drive here from Ewa just because of the overall service and care Howie and his team provided!!!

As someone who lives in the area, it's fortunate that the gridlock that was expected when this location opened never really materialized. You have two options here: You can drive through their multiple lanes or you can walk up to a window and wait outside for your oder. There's no dining area or indoor area available.
Unfortunately, this venue doesn't carry their entire menu. There are many things you simply can't get here. I believed the hype about food quality. I ordered their chicken sandwich and found it to be just "OK". I can go to Costco and pick up the Kirkland or "Bare Naked" chicken and make my own sandwich. If you really want the copy the experience, you can purchase the regular and
"Polynesian" sauce at Target. My final comment has to do with price. Their prices are extremely high and there's no value menu. All in all, I think it was worth a try once but it's not something I'd do again.
