This food has zero flavor except for vinegar. My wife and I went thinking it would be good instead of Jersey mikes in the long run jersey mikes would have been better. The food was so dry and the pork was basically grease with a side of pulled pork. And the waiter was so rude to me and my wife when we had questions about what are animal fries where he basically acted and sounded like we were stupid because we didn’t know what they were. Anyways just go to Jersey Mikes instead don’t waste your time at chicken and brisket

Randomly stopped in for food, we are from out of town/country Our server was awesome, the food was really tasty...try the brisket as its tender and damn tasty. Great service and food, would eat it again.

Our review of chicken and brisket at the Pearl Highlands food court.
It was 6:45 p.m. they close at 7:00 p.m. there were two men working the restaurant. They had a sign saying they were shorthanded. The bar had dirty dishes on it. The smoked chicken was very dried out. The brisket was tinder but it needed seasoning. The barbecue sauce was okay but it needed more flavor. The chicken was dry it could be more fresh. The dressing for my salad was very watery. For two people we paid about $44 kind of high for the old food that we got. I would not go back, save your money. This place might close down pretty soon, if things don't change.

I use to love the yummy chicken. But now the don't have thighs they have drumsticks. You pay more to get less ? Thighs are bigger drumsticks are smaller.

Small wait, but dang was it worth it. I got the BBQ brisket and some fries with a tropical sweet tea 🤤 aaa the drink was super delicious and so was the food. Very filling.

Great food, run by some great people
Absolutely the best chicken in Hawaii. The Yum Chicken is the same as my 91 year old mom used to make. My parents love their chicken. Everything you order from here is really Ono. Sign up with your cell phone number and get perks!

Very disappointed when he took my order I told him to put the brisket for my noodles and brisket on the side or on my regular order of brisket and noodles not only did they not give me my extra brisket for my order brisket and noodles they didn’t even give me my brisket for my full order of noodles very disappointed
Just ate their brisket sandwich at Honolulu City Lights Festival tonight. I was very skeptical to try only because most brisket restaurants/vendors on island are never tender enough. There's is delicious 😋 tender and so tasty. Only complaint is had some fat on it some pieces but I cut it off. Very ono! Now, I'd love to visit them in the restaurant to try sample more menu items. Mahalos 🤙

price is way to high for such small portions no joke ill never eat there agin 34 dollars for such a small plate bland brisket looked like someones left overs you never know who walks in your door guys definitely needs improvement

Wow! What an unexpected surprise. Great menu choices. Deboned fried chicken that was perfect crispy and juicy. The garlic butter rolls should have a warning label “DANGER you’re gonna eat way too many of these!” The brisket was not too wet and not too dry. A great serving size at a great price. Don’t miss this place. Stop in and give it a try! You won’t regret it.
