The food was off the hook, good amout for the price. Only reason i didn't give a 5 cause Customer service was bad. Even if your having a bad day, or getting slammed with orders. Atleast great the Customer with aloha or welcome. On the phone rolling his eyes, like i was interupting him. Food can be great, but Customer service can ruin the taste. Also, if ordering on the app it does ask for different amounts of tipping. I'm glad i chose the smallest. If you don't pick, it don't get the online discount....hmmm?

This is a new favorite of ours! Made fresh after ordered! Fried chicken is terrific, I get their spicy lilikoi sauce to dip it in! Their brisket is very good. Their brisket and fried noodles is really good as well!! Staff is always friendly and inviting.

The "Yum Sauce" Chicken is by far the best Korean Flavored Chicken I've ever had. They make it fresh to order, the skin is crispy and the fries and rice with the sauce it delectable. The staff is always local kine friendly.

ugh.. I so wanted this place to knock my socks off but it sadly was just "meh". We are always on the search for some amazing fried chicken so based on the Yelp reviews we headed to Pearl City. They are located on top of Sams Club in the Pearl Highlands Shopping area. They are in the food court area. We got some brisket and the 4 piece chicken with Honey Truffle sauce on the side. It tasted like there was not one ounce of seasoning on it. So strange. I would rate it like a 3/10. The Brisket was just ok. Maybe a 5/10.

Food: We got a truffle burger and Fried chicken sandwich. The burger was juicy, flavor packed, but very messy. The fried chicken was crispy and fairly typical for a chicken sandwich. Service: The server was very nice and served us free water cups even though he was busy. Ambiance: The restaurant is small but has a nice open feel to it.

Thank goodness we decided to give this place a try after reading the reviews! Let's just say we're always a sucker for brisket! The nachos were just amazing! The server/guy that took our order had excellent customer service! I was enjoying my food so much we forgot to take a photo! . Definitely will be back!

The 4 and 5 stars... really... Definitely not to my liking but others may disagree. Customer service: not properly dressed, unorganized... not a simple hello or smile... made it seem they hated life. So sad! Chicken: Dry, no seasoning... skin was the best, still no seasoning. Brisket: no smokey flavor, no salt... dry.. Overall concept is kinda cool... fix the menu! When you have nobody waiting in line and dead with all the other local eateries having good lines; that's a red flag!

Wasn't wowed with the food as i thought i would be. Korean chicken flavor wasn't the greatest. Mashed potatoes were not real potatoes. The man working was super cool though.

We used to go to the kalihi location all the time, great happy hour menu and strong drinks. Loved the staff! Haven't gone to the new location yet but definitely miss the kalihi spot!

Worth the wait! Got there around 12 and there were about 2 ppl before me. Probably 25-30 mins but I didn't mind because I didn't have the kids and I was occupied with my book. The cashier was helpful with me deciding what to order. Cute small spot to grab and go!

Order food to take home and we weren't disappointed! A good amount of food (that was delicious) for your money! The yum chicken is amazing! The brisket is to die for and the Mac n cheese is so unique and amazing! Also have to say probably the best Mac salad I've had!
