I came to this place with a friend late at night because we wanted to eat after an evening shift and was one of the only places open near us (they're open til 12am). I'm pretty sure the owner was the one who delivered our food. We ordered the original wings and the kimchee tofu soup. I have tasted many kimchee soup from other places around the island but this one is by far the best! I keep coming back to it and although it's pretty pricey around $30, it's a lot and worth it! The owner was also super nice and welcoming! I still haven't tried other food items from their menu, but I am looking forward to try them all.Fried Chicken

We went to this restaurant based on all the good reviews. We ordered a 14 piece set of chicken for $29.99 that was really just 7 chicken wings separated into 2 pieces. To me, this restaurant is ridiculously priced. I thought the 14 pieces of chicken would be enough to feed our family of 5.It is confusing as there are actual options on the menu that specify chicken wings but this option just said 14 pieces of chicken, which usually means an assortment of pieces, like dark and white meat. Nope, just 7 chicken wings cut in 2. We also ordered other things, including a chicken set that came on a heated grill. We have never used this type of grill before and didn't know they turned it on high. So by the middle of our meal, everything had burned and charred, inedible and wasted. Our server did not bother to tell us to turn this off or how to use it or even turn it off for us. The owner came by and noticed it was all burned and said oh, its burned, don't eat that. Great. Yes, you would think that as the owner he could have helped a bit more as we explained to him that we did not know how to use the grill and that is why it burned Our server also forgot to get us utensils when we asked for another set. One of the worst places we have ever eaten at in terms of getting what you pay for.

Why did I not come here sooner?! This is my new favorite place. The chicken wings were crazy crunchy and the korean pancake was stuffed full of goodness and thicker than I expected! Staffers Chris and Mi Ah were awesome and explained the many chicken choices to this first-timer. Good food, great drinks, and attentive staff!

Ordered takeout with a desire for good fried chicken. DONT GO HERE. Menu online said 10 pc chicken or 7pc available. There was also a SEPARATE area on the menu for chicken wings. We did NOT order the chicken wings we ordered the 7 piece chicken. We RECEIVED 7 chicken wings at the cost of 19.95! They were plain, okay in taste but for about $3 a wing I was flabbergasted (and I’m from hawaii - used to the prices). When I called thinking it was a mistake they told me it was correct and said we raised prices sorry. Ridiculous. I recommend NO ONE goes to this place.

Came here on a weekday night because everything else in my area was closed. They had a decent number of tables outside, none of which were occupied (besides me) at around 9 PM on a weekday even though indoors was pretty popping. I've been to quite a few Korean fried chicken places back in Virginia (Bon Chon, Chi Mc, Choong Man) so I definitely was comparing with those places in the back of my head. Relative to those places, Chicken Factory is probably below average. Though compared to restaurants as a whole, it's probably a little above average. I got the 10-piece Combination Chicken which is half original chicken and half seasoned spicy. For the seasoned spicy I got M/S (mild/spicy I assume). In terms of heat, I'm glad I chose that one, I think the spicy would've been too much. The sauce was very viscous and have a somewhat sweet flavor too. Kind of reminded me of a General Tsao's type of sauce. It was pretty messy to eat, and I wish they provided moist towelettes. The original chicken was my preference of the two. Nothing too specially in terms of flavor, just light crust, deep fried well, slightly salted. The size of the wings was medium, which I actually like because the meat to crust ratio is better. I do wish the pricing could be cheaper though.

Food os very tasty ! If you like cheese and corn you should try their cheese/corn plate...goes great with beer Another great option is their Korean pancakes ! I ordered a seafood pancake and requested cheese, kimchee and corn added....it was AWESOME !!! The fried squid good also...very crispy, crunchy battered squid that's tender and delicious !!! On top of the great food, the service is AWESOME !! If you like a place that's bouncing, you should give this place a try !!!

I don't mean to make such a negative review for a place I genuinely have enjoyed in the past, but I really was frustrated after an experience today. My friends and I get out of work late and were looking forward to stopping here for some drinks and chicken. Thank goodness I called just to make sure, but was informed they were closing early because "it was slow" and that they'd have last call in a few minutes. My friends and I were about to drive from Ewa to come here and if I didn't call, we would've been refused service for a place that is supposed to be a late night spot. Don't advertise the hours and business as a late night place if you're not going to stick to it. Highly unprofessional and disappointing.

Drinks: Lychee Soju with yogurt......the bomb! Food: Corn Cheese, Teriyaki Chicken Wings, Squid with Bean Sprouts, Seafood Pancake Service: Very friendly and attentive. So I came with my friends who love coming here. Now I know why!! OMG! Everything was delicious and we were starving! We came early at 6pm. If you want a table make sure you make reservations otherwise you will end up with bar seating. Glad my friends made reservations. We had a blast. They had great music and it wasn't too loud. I am not a Korean pancake fan but I will have to change that after having it here. Their pancake was light and crispy not so much pancake. I could actually taste the seafood and the veggies. The corn cheese I want to try at home it was so good. The squid with bean sprouts was so good too. Literally everything was delicious. The chicken was so crispy and yet juicy!

The wings here are some of my favorite ive ever had. Not that oily bs that you get from most places. As the name states this is the chicken factory, they pride themselves in it and it shows tremendously in their food. Every item ive tried from them is great. Even the squid was surprisingly amazing. This is my chicken wings craving spot for sure.

A bit on the pricier side, but the environment is fun and our server was super friendly! Definitely going to come again, but with more friends! It's a quaint location and there's a decent amount of parking, but I can see how it can be difficult once the lot is full. Best place to enter the parking lot is from Liona Street

My friend and I shared the big chicken plate and some shrimp tempura and were pretty full after. We're definitely going to come back often because it's nearby both of us and it's a chill atmosphere for us to catch up. Looking forward to trying other dishes next time!

After our initial plans and backup plans for drinks fell through, my friend recommend we check out Chicken Factory! My group and I came in around 10:30 p.m. and were seated immediately after our vaccination cards were checked. For a Saturday night it wasn't packed and we were grateful they stayed open until midnight. Since I had never been here before I left my friend in charge of ordering. She ordered the Corn Cheese, Garlic Shoyu Chicken, Seafood Kimchi Pancake, and Spicy Cheese Rice Cake to share family style. I can't eat dairy so I just ate the Seafood Kimchi Pancake. Normally at Korean restaurants I only see seafood or kimchi pancakes so the fact that Chicken Factory had all in one was the best of both worlds! The Seafood Kimchi Pancake had a good amount of seafood in it and was chewy and crispy. To drink, we ordered a few rounds of Draft Beer, Original Soju, and Flavored Soju. Although our group initially came for drinks, we stayed for the food and outstanding service! Food is on the pricier side but since there was a group of us we split the bill amongst ourselves. We all left happy and with plenty of leftovers. Service was also extremely friendly and everyone who helped us went above and beyond for our group! This is a great place to go with groups and I'm glad we ended our night here!

Delicious! When I visit LA several times a year I always make sure to stop in Koreatown for a meal and the food here at The Chicken Factory rivals that (a definite compliment in my book!).
