We don't have chilies in a regular basis, we went after a friend recommendation. I like the server she was really charming and professional. Food was alright we ordered the soul egg roll. I didn't like them They tasted like taco seasoning with black beans in a oily wrap. Pass.
We had the fajita trio which redeemed the night. It was good and abundant. I would come back for the burghers the table next to us looks like they were enjoying them
Ambient music was missing to mask noises .same with better acoustic insulation. You can hear all the noise of different tables which reminds me more of a highschool cafeteria than a restaurant.
I would go back eventually and give it a try to the cocktails. .

I swear theres only one computer for servers to enter orders (PoS), including takeout orders. Huge bottleneck for service even with good employees because the owner is cheap. Nice.

Pretty disappointed as soon as we sat down... We came with the intention to use the app, But was told they don't use the app at all. Sucked because it directed us here and even signed us up for unlimited chips and salsa everytime we come, so I loaded up 4 kids and drove from kailua to kahala, only to be told NOPE. Ended up having to pay for the chips n salsa. The food and service was good though...Restaurant is really cold A.C is on full blast , so be sure to bring a jacket.
Had to walk out. We were sat down and waited 15 to 20mins. Was not acknowledged by any server that walked past. Was not busy at all. A simple "sorry I will be right there" would've kept us.

I ordered a steak. The sizer steak was at least half the size of what it was in a picture. If I was to make it. Guess it look like about 3 oz. This location does not honor any chili promotions at all and on the app you usually get a free drink or or chips. They won't honor that anymore and when I asked them why that was even though it's sending my app I was entitled to one. Their answer was we'll just delete the app. Another terrible service place. I'm sad to say the quality of service in Hawaii in restaurants is going downhill rapidly and the playing games with proportions cutting down the size of their portions. Even though they're raising the prices. I expect a lot of restaurants to go out of business because of this practice

It's busy even on a Wednesday night. The server was by himself in two sections and still managed to be accommodating to every table. The bathroom was clean, floors clean. But seeing the hostess scrolling through her phone was discouraging. Food was awesome per usual.
