I wondered into this authentic Korean restaurant and visited over a handful of times during my last year in Hawaii on Oahu, Honolulu. I would crave their delicious oxtail soup and run for it. Always catered to by kind employees, and the relaxing atmosphere this tiny spot offered. The food is great and recommend if you want to experience authentic Korean food.

this place is such a find! service is great and everyone is so so nice! food is delicious too! highly recommend coming in with a group to get one of the hot pots! the atmosphere of this place is so relaxed! dont forget to tip your servers!!!!

We ordered Kalbi and the Pork bulgogi. They were a little sweeter than I liked, but were good. The side dishes were not my favorite.

Warning, if you're planning to use their Groupon, DON'T GO FOR LUNCH. They have lunch specials that are essentially the same as, but half the price of the dinner menu. But you have to order from the dinner menu to use Groupon, and on top of that there's a very good chance they'll "punish" you for using the Groupon by loading your dish with bone, fat, skin and gristle.I ordered one of the most expensive dinner options, spicy pork. Looked wonderful, but 90% of the "meat" was inedible scraps that should have been discarded, not put on a patron's plate.See pictures,what I got (first) and what wasn't edible (second). There is absolutely zero chance this was anything but intentional.I've eaten dinner here at least 4 other times without issue, but the attitude this time was obvious. This bad "using Groupon at lunch" experience is far too common in negative reviews for this to be a fluke.

The lady didn’t speak English. She told me to order a pot stew that came with mystery meat (hot dogs, spams, bacon). I don’t usually eat these gross unhealthy meat. She couldn’t tell me what was in it, the menu doesn’t describe anything either. I used a Groupon, the fine print said I can use 2 Groupon’s if I have 5+ people, she refused to accept 2 Groupon’s. Food was good, service is bad. The restaurant was warm but we didn’t get any ice with water until you ask. You don’t ask your customers… “what do you want?”

Check your bills!!!I went the restaurant twice for lunch but I had a bill issue all the time.1st, we ask them to give us changes because we want to leave a tips by cash.But the waitress took all the cashes and didn’t gave it back. We asked her the changes but she was kind of throw the bills without say “Sorry”2nd, we went for lunch but the final bill was charging dinner price.We ask the waitress to double check but her face was already known about it.We felt like we are not Korean speakers so they just trying to cheating us...Food was fine but never ever go again

Went there regularly for my comfort soft tofu stew. Really heart warming and I always ask for extra spicy. Compared the price in the area and this is the cheapest best tofu stew u can find. I think the value is high. Very nice service lady. Made my numerous visit very comfortable
