Burgers are great. A couple had a bit too much sauce, so they were slipping apart, but not unmanageable. Normally not a crinkly FF fan, but these are delicious!! Their soft serve is worth the trip.
Had the chicken sandwich on my first visit. The batter came off in a complete sheet, leaving a bland, tasteless piece of chicken.

Chubbies used to be my go-to burger spot, but after today, I won't be coming back.
When I arrived, the cashier informed me there had been a power outage, so they were making a test burger to see if they could resume service. She asked me to wait, promising to let me know once they were back in operation. However, while I was waiting, I noticed she began taking orders from other customers without giving me an update.
While the lack of communication was frustrating, the real issue arose when I finally received my order. To my shock, I found a dead bug embedded in the burger bun. I immediately returned it, and though I’m not sure if I may have already eaten part of it, I couldn't ignore this discovery.
On a positive note, the manager on shift was professional and handled my complaint well. They photographed the bug, processed my refund promptly, and apologized for the experience. This experience left me disappointed and concerned about the quality of food and service here. Given the issues with cleanliness and communication, I'd recommend others to consider alternative options for both food and safety reasons.

After a long flight onto Oahu we were exhausted and hungry! We went to Chubbies for a quick bite and it did not disappoint! Their burgers are fresh and seasoned perfectly. The fries are amazing! We highly recommend for a great burger!

There wouldn’t be enough good things to say, best smash burger, best crinkle cut bacon fries, best strawberry milkshake, staff are delightful. A client of mine who lived in Hawaii recommended this for my visit, it did not disappoint! The first time I came here I ordered take out so it was cold by the time I got back to my hotel and even then it was good. So I had to go back again to dine in ?
