I would give this place zero stars if I could. The girl working the register, january 22, at ten a m was absolutely awful. Angry face, acted like she was doing me a favor by taking my order. She then did not put in my order for the egg bite.And so after I waited for my coffee drink and received it the girls making drinks looked at me....Like why are you still standing here? I said, ohh, I ordered one egg bite... nd they said okay, walked to grab one and she acted like she put it in the oven, but she didn't.I turned around to go get a straw, and when I came back, my egg bite was miraculously waiting. When I got to my car to head to my next meeting and tried to eat said eggbite it was cold and disgusting. The manager of this location needs to do some serious coaching with their staff. Because I have never felt unwanted when trying to purchase coffee and food from an establishment like I felt today. I am often at this location and I will never return to this establishment until someone messages me and lets me know things have been improved with their customer service.

Update and note to the owner- this store needs more baristas working in am. It is not acceptable for one person to serve during the busiest time. I honestly feel bad for whoever has to work thatt shift alone. If you are worried about saving money on labor, you will make more at the end through volume
Original - I come here regularly but lately it has been extremely slow. I had to wait 30 min for my cofeee and there were only 3 people ahead of me. The barista was doing something but not sure why so long

I come here almost every day on my way to work. I have had some really kind baristas (rarely) but i typically always get the barista “cherrie”, and i dont know if she hates her job, hates smiling, or she just loves to come off extremely unpleasant and rude. I have had mold on my food 2 times at this specific location. The manager of this store is extremely kind, but i wish her staff followed after. It seems that once one rude staff member leaves, another one joins!

The coffee here is okay depends on who makes it, and the atmosphere is really clean. I would say avoid a barista named Francine.

Love the coffee and food, but Today Aug 30, 1137a, was definitely not a good day. There were 3 workers. Barista Francine was at her worst. Watched her slowly rinse all cups, then answer the phone while 4 of us waited for our orders. She then proceeded to then get a new towel, fiddle around then look at the coffee cups waiting to be made. She was either unhappy she was at work or who knows? Several customers after me had their drinks redone. Should the company just be happy that she showed up for work?
This is a very, very busy location, there are presently 7 customers in line waiting to give their orders. What’s up? Do you need more workers?

Sadly to say is 610 am I ask the girl what time do you guys open and she say when she is ready .
Online says everyday from 6 am to 8 pm that is no true , I came here on Sunday and it was close .
Honestly take few more min and go down to Waikiki better coffee , better people and they open on time !

Show up to pickup a delivery order to be told by staff that this store doesn't do DoorDash orders anymore! Then MAYBE LAZY ASS MANAGEMENT needs to do their job and properly cancel your DoorDash account so drivers like me don't get paid ZERO for our time because of your laziness!!!
1 customer ahead of me (that was coughing on everything and everyone). 10 minutes and still cant figure out the order. Figure out how to actually take and fulfill orders, maybe train or have senior staff on hand.

It was my first time trying Coffee Bean. I was excited to get a coffee and explore my options. Unfortunately I was made to feel (who I think was the manager) that I should have already known the answers to my questions. Because of this, I did not end up getting a coffee with espresso like I wanted to. I won’t be returning.
I went today at 6:30am. It’s supposed to be open at 6:00am but it wasn’t. I walked there and was disappointed. I checked Google and their website site and both said it was supposed to open at 6am.
