Great location! Lots of shady outside seating so you can enjoy the fresh air. Staff always courteous and store very neat and inviting. Thanks to the corporation sponsoring a discount for Waikiki Elementary's fun card, I get a $1 off every regularly priced drink. And it's so easy to use. No hassle whatsoever!

The old guy with ponytail works very slow and bizarre. Gave up being in the line after 8 minutes he didn't seem to care how many people were waiting and was doing other jobs while accepting orders. Very inefficient and distracted.

This coffee bean sucks. I was here on a Sunday afternoon and ordered a double vanilla tea latte but got a drink with coffee in it. The sassy guy at the register didn't give me my receipt and I already left the store before trying my drink. I didn't want to deal with that guy again so I took a few swigs and dumped it in the trash.

This particular one at South Shore Market sucks. To this day I have no clue why someone who takes 5 minutes to order 1 drink gets it so fast and all I order is a large vanilla cappuccino and it takes 10 minutes. But today was the final straw. 2 guys and 1 girl were working. Guy 1 takes my order and Guy 2 made my order. Just as he was finishing it, the girl says something and guy 2 throws it out. She starts it again, walks away and tells guy 2 that what she started was the cappuccino. Guy 1 jumps back in and finished it WITHOUT THE VANILLA. Guy 1 had to start it again. That chick mixed up my order with someone else or just had no clue what she was doing. Stupidity at it's worst. I will not be going back to this location. By the way, doesn't even deserve 1 star

Honestly I ran in to see what kind of salads they have. I reluctantly bought their vegetarian with quinoa and farro ( I never heard of) but I really liked it. Always looking for minimal healthy ingredients salads. I've come back to try another of their variety.
