Passed this place by for months because I didn’t care for the “pro-Jesus” Bible thumping verse on the window outside but decided to overlook that this morning to see if it was as cute inside as it was outside and boy what an experience! Except for the Christian smut this place is a feast for the eyes and cute as HELL! Very cutesy but tastefully Sanrio/Harajuku oriented literally from top to bottom. My wallet was opening up all by itself. But on top of that the young man that took my order, after patiently waiting for me to finish taking pictures and videos was thoughtful, sweet, thorough and friendly. My mocha was spot on and although my orange cranberry scone was more biscuity than sconey there were a ton of other items on my list to try next time around including vegan options. What made this place stand out, though, was KINDNESS! There was an older, barefoot, unkempt man in a hospital gown that came into the store and ordered a coffee to go. He had trouble speaking and trouble walking but the young man took his order, served him and then came out to the door and opened it for him so he could walk out easily. When the same man came in later for a second cup of coffee the young man’s friend, who was also a customer, took note and got up and opened the door for him. THAT’s aloha! Put me to shame - I was kind of scared of that man. But those young people showed compassion and aloha. I love it and I’ll be back!

Great little cafe. If you are in the area and want an intimate coffee experience then this is the place. It's small, comfortable and the people are friendly. Please, help keep local places like this open, visit if you can.

Visited them again since I want to try their Golden Moon Milk, very unique drink you don't find at other place. Is almond milk, maca, tumeric, honey and cinnamon. They are not stingy when putting all the ingredients to the drink. Is a very spiced drinks, if you don't like spice, you might not like it. But I love it except is too sweet, need to ask for less honey. I also get to try their Kalo scone today! (Yay, since I came Saturday noon, they don't have much baked goods left). Their scone is not the tough type, but more soft overall, the drizzling on top is not super sweet so it balance so well. And eat it when is hot since they toasted for you! One more pro is after they put the scone in a small white pastry bag, they also put in a brown paper bag, double securing the goodies. Highly recommend the shop and I think owner is the cashier today. Very friendly plus he offers me stamp card. I never got offer stamp card from previous visit. But if you are a regular and never start one, better ask now! Please continue to open and I will come support whenever can :)

Love this little cafe located at the corner of Liliha and Kuakini St. Parking on site or on the street. In addition to yummy sandwiches, they also offer lots of baked goodies, specialty coffee, drinks, snacks, and a plethora of books, decorations, stuffed animals, etc. If you need a gift bag of goodies, this is an excellent place to go. You can eat in the store or outside. The best part is the owner and staff are women and men of God. You can almost feel the spiritual energy the moment you walk in. I stop by whenever I am in the area. You will ALWAYS find something here. Support local small businesses.

I Love all of the cute items, consignment items, and Bible Verses!!!! The verse on the outside window is why we even stopped in. The turkey bacon breakfast bagel was absolutely Great. The coffees that we got were perfect. The staff was accommodating and friendly. This will be our new "Town Coffee Spot".

This little cafe is so cute. It's small but have few seating outside and inside. Has variety of drinks, hot & cold & shakes. Salads and sandwiches has many choices too. Also lots and lots of cute little items (keychains, accessories, stuffed animals). It's located in the corner of Liliha and Kuakini street. It's right next to pink craft store. There are metered street parking along Liliha street. I had Golden Moon Milk (almond milk, turmeric, maca, honey, cinnamon). 16oz is $6.50. It was delicious! I wasn't expecting to be that good. Now when I see this cafe, I'll be thinking about Golden Moon Milk and want to drink it again. Salads sounded good so maybe one day I'll try it.

The Mr. Unagi salad has no unagi, just unagi sauce. The fish is tuna. It’s somewhat spicy hot, so be careful. The Ume Blossom slush was a mix of sweet and salt, so I never got tired of its flavor!

What a cute little place for teas and small salads. My BLT salad was fresh and the Homemade vinaigrette was delicious. Lots of cute gifts, and baked goods to choose from.

Been here once but it's been a while. I dropped my son off and wanted Starbucks. I missed the turn and decided to try Conversations since they have a parking lot now. No more anxiety looking for stalls. I ordered the turkey pesto sandwich. They were out of the tomato puree that goes on it but I was fine without it. I'm not the biggest tomato fan. I ordered the matcha latte sweetened with honey. When I got home, OMG it was so delicious and the melted cheese just topped it off. Both complimented each other. To be honest, I was expecting deli turkey that was thinly sliced but the sliced turkey was pretty thick. So I'm currently writing as I wait for my roast beef panini....yes I came back for the second time today EEK. The service is friendly and the vibes in here are super cute and mellow. I saw an older couple eating here in the day..thought it was so cute. Also, I love the cute little random things they sell. My friend bought a bag in here one time. You'll be seeing me a lot here now.

I'm very surprised to be giving this place a 5 star rating, but in a good way! I first started to come to Conversations because my job was sending me to the Liliha location often. When I first came to conversations, it was okay, nothing spectacular, it seemed like they were relying on the hype of their rainbow bagels to survive. I've been here a few times now and I'm happy to say they've gotten better every time. I went in going to try their Mrs. Crabbitz, but since it was cold outside I wanted something warm. I casually mentioned that to the woman at the register and she said they have soup! Note to self (and to you reading this): have a conversation at Conversations! The staff are so friendly and really embodied 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' It is important to note the decoration and products are centered around a love for God. But don't let that stop you from trying their food! I decided to get a turkey, pesto panini with a side of their broccoli cheddar soup. I waited in the cafe and they brought me my order with the soup ready for transportation. I didn't let them know I wasn't eating there, but that extra care in packaging really made an impression. It's one thing to have a hype product for a new business, it's another to be consistently improving your business and Conversations isn't stopping anytime soon. I look forward to coming back and seeing what else is new. God bless this business!
