Despite the recent depreciation of the yen, this is a surprisingly high-class store.Including a 20% service charge, the pancakes and French toast (I didn't order drinks) cost about 12,000 yen... each pancake was 6,000 yen. In Japan, you can have a small lunch course. It was a surprising amount since I was able to use it for breakfast By the way, the taste was really delicious and the staff was kind.

Food is average (souffle pancake and egg benedict), staffs are nice. However, I could only give 1-star because we were forced to pay for 20% gratuity. Spoke to owner and asked if by law we have to pay for 20%, she insisted and stated that "This is our new policy", which we were being "informed" at the end when paying.Understanding some business are charging extra fees when paying with credit card, but a kind business owner would have informed the customers in advance so we have choices to continue with credit card or change to cash. However, not this restaurant. We only found out after being charged.Very disappointed, would not recommended.

Overpriced meals with small portions, mandatory “20%” tip that was actually over 20%, pretty shady business practice.

First impression was great. The restaurant is very cute and I wanted to take pictures of it to post but was really thrown off by all the "No Photos" signs posted around the restaurant. So with the exception of a few photos of my family and some of the food, I didn't take photos of the restaurant. It was a little strange that an older (much older) lady walked into the restaurant with several tray stacks of food. I wasn't sure if that meant the food is cooked somewhere else and then brought in or if it was something else altogether. Either way, it was kind of weird.Once we got our food, the experience was underwhelming. Though it looked very good, the flavor was lacking. Of our party of four adults and two kids, no one reported actually liking their food very much.Service was fine, but also kind of strange. It didn't feel friendly or welcoming. Our server seemed to have forgotten about us after delivering our food until it was time to bring the check. It takes a long time to get your check because it is all tallied manually. I could barely understand the writing. When the server brought the check she ANNOUNCED the total OUT LOUD for my entire family to hear. I was so embarrassed and extremely upset. Such a disappointing experience.

This is such a gorgeous location and I was enchanted just approaching the floral covered arch. The food is expensive, but I’ve spent similar amounts for less impressive food in the area. Everyone in our group enjoyed the soufflé pancakes, but would recommend adding a side of protein (egg, bacon, etc) to ensure you are satisfied. The service was attentive and friendly- will definitely make it a point to return.Kid-friendliness: Would be difficult with small children.

The food was ok, but nothing crazy. Honestly, you’re paying for the setting, and to say you went to place you saw on TikTok. It’s $30 for 3 soufflé pancakes, that doesn’t come with sides. You can get more food for half the price at other places. Just keeping it 100, y’all take care.

Very good food and innovative menu. I have a very strong dislike of the 20% mandatory tip and the 3% credit card surcharge. If I had known of these extra charges not sure we would have gone.

Nice place to go to breakfast from the Monarch hotel. Pretty pricey. Good service, but they must have forgotten about us as several other tables were served that came in after us. The tip is added in at 20% so even if the meal, service or otherwise was subpar you can’t acknowledge that in your tip. No, I would not go there again.

We ordered strawberry pancakes and a decaf coffee and paid $47.15. The coffee was burnt and the pancakes were sub par.

The food was delicious. The souffle pancakes are a must try for your first visit. We also had the grass fed beef eggs Benedict and were very happy with our choice. The service is impeccable, and the vibe feels like having breakfast in a small garden.

Cute spot, love the garden feel to it. My only issue is either the portion sizing or the pricing. I got the pancakes and if you like sweet, I do recommend that. My friend got the Benedict (i think?) and I recommend that if you like savory, but I was still hungry after my meal. Great spot if you don't mind paying extra for more food.

The restaurant has cute cozy garden brunch vibes. Staff are friendly. We got the strawberry French toast, blueberry and lemon souffle pancakes, a classic omelette, and a beef stew omelette. All the food was very good. The souffle pancakes was super fluffy, the blueberries were very juicy, and the lemon drizzle was deliciously zesty. The beef stew was hearty, and the omelette had a cheesy richness to it, although the rice was plain. The strawberry French toast was pretty good as well. The classic omelette was just okay compared to the other dishes. With that being said, while the food was undoubtedly delicious, I'm not sure if I would spend the amount we did again. Each plate was roughly $30, after their mandatory service fees it was closer to $45 per plate.

Customer service is great but we ordered at the same time and then someone behind us that came in after got there full meal before us. Also my partner got his meal before me so I basically sat here and watched him eat. The orange strawberry juice was good but tasted like it was just orange juice with no taste of the strawberry, but the strawberry lemonade was delicious. Both without ice was $11 each (too overpriced), they cost $10 each if you get ice. My partner had the souffle pancakes and said they was okay but nothing to brag about. Great plating tho. I ordered the thyme chicken crepe. It was pretty good but for $28 and maybe a quarter cup of cut up chicken is way too overpriced. $10 for 2 skinny strips of bacon cut in halves is too overpriced. They automatically add 20% gratuity to the check. So we paid almost $150 just to have breakfast, that's more than what we paid for dinner last night.Parking: They do validate parking garage tickets for half the cost.
