CU Hawaii is such a cool spot - basically a 7-Eleven–style Korean convenience store experience, but better. You pick your ramen, cook it yourself (or use the microwave), and enjoy it right there.

We loved the big Buldak cup round table setup makes it super fun to eat, and hang out. It’s casual, quick, and perfect for late-night cravings or something different from a regular restaurant.

The whole concept is simple but awesome - great selection, easy setup, and a really chill vibe. If you’re a ramen lover or just want a fun, hands-on food experience, this place is definitely worth checking out.

I LOVEEEE this shop. I am so happy something like this opened. I saw this advertised on Instagram days leading up to the opening date and have been excited from the very start. I flew from Kaua’i and made sure this was on my itinerary. Being in this store and looking around was an experience within itself but actually looking and seeing the variety of asian snacks and noodle options that you can’t find at your regular grocery stores was very refreshing and quite exciting. Items were very affordable and I definitely will be coming back every time I can.

This place is amazing! It’s located across McDonald’s on Fort St. Mall. They have $1 big bowl, you just buy any Ramen Udon noodle packet $2.49+ up & then they have a noodle station where you can warm up and make your noodles right there. They also have a Photo Booth for customers to take after eating. They have about 4-5 ramen nooodle table to eat with friends! You can also pair the noodles with any hot items they have ready to eat right by the register. They also have amazing desserts, fun cool drinks, different types of UDON noodle packets , staff was friendly. They have security guard posted at the door. He was very friendly and helpful to help me purchase the tote bag for $2.99 , overall I spent $38 and that store is worth it. You can easily buy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner there. For a good price. Must check it out!

5 Stars: A Fresh Korean Twist on Downtown Snacking!
I popped into CU at the executive center in downtown during a quick lunch break downtown, and it was a great experience. Feels like a vibrant escape from the usual 7-Eleven vibe. It's super clean, well-stocked with all sorts of imported goodies, and the staff is friendly and efficient, even when it's buzzing.
First off, their Delaffe Americano coffee? Perfection. I grabbed one ice cup and poured it in. My friends grabbed put one of those banana milks in but i preferred mine plain.
The acai smoothie was great and was only $5, great for a convenience store smoothie.
But the real showstopper for me was the Tornado potato. Spiral-cut, crispy on the outside, and dusted with that cheesy powder and a side of ranch for dipping? Absolute delish! It's got that addictive crunch with a savory kick way better than it looks on the menu board. Don't skip it if you're craving something fun and shareable.
Overall, CU nails the elevated convenience store experience. eats: quick ramyun bar options, street snacks, and those ice cup drinks for dessert. Prices are fair for downtown (nothing over-the-top), and it's open late. If you're in the Bishop Street area, make this your go-to for a quick, tasty upgrade. Can't wait to try the bulgogi next time—Aloha to more visits! 🌺☕

Small Korwan marker. Has a ramyun bar..Unfortunately most od thr notes yoi usually cam get in US , so nothing special.
Also when you purchase hot food gypza they dont have soy or other sauces for it.

Oh, it's not a super market. It's more like a Korean 7-11. They gonna be in trouble if they open til 11pm!

Terrible customer service at the cashier. Look at your video cameras and study what your people are doing. I live in downtown, but I'll be going to 7-Eleven instead after the rude service at the cashier.

This is an amazing store if you l9ve Ramen. They options seam overwhelming but the real fun is the preparation. For as little as $.99, you can cook your ramen right there in just a few minutes. You can add toppings and other ingredients while it is cooking. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 is that the store layout is crowded and not laid out out efficiently.

Literally feels like I’m in koreas CU, it’s very clean and comforting seeing all the Korean products. Little expensive but not bad. Only complaint though is the tuna sandwich they packed is super salty, please fix this issues next time
