This place rocks. Fare prices... damn good food. It should be a crime to have a place that is downtown that offers great food and a great price. Food hits the spot like no other especially if you dig Doner plate style. They offer meat over rice or pita so pick your poison. Look no further than Doner Shack located in downtown Honolulu.

Great options on the menu. Love the sauces included with gyro. A green sauce and the other is red. When combined it's very tasty. It has a spicy bite. Love their yogurt based sauce that's inside gyro ! You have never tasted fast food this good. Was surprised they sell Mexican soda in glass bottles. I can say it's great quality for good price. Right across from Scarlett.

I got the Döner rice chicken plate. It was just ok. The white sauce was tart and the hot sauce wasn't like the others I've experienced. I had high hopes but was Definitely disappointed. The highlight of this was the staff, they were super friendly.
