Food was terrible. Talk about shrink flation!! Beef stew very disappointing get ready to strengthen your jaw muscles, meat so hard not even a Great White could shred it! And let's get to the best part of Best Pho ...the Service outstandingly terrible!! Someone needs to go to smile school! Lady at this place absolutely rude!! Not sure why the negativities from other reviewers about the service. We thought it was just fine and the lady proprietor was friendly. Our phos were good as well and the quality of the ribeye was decent especially for a pho shop. The texture of the pho was a bit more firmer than other phos I’ve had in the past, which I enjoyed very much. Our spring rolls were up to standard as well. So this is a place that we would return in the future. For those with anger issues, please read the writings on the wall: Life is too short!

Parking: Parking can be tough sorting meal times, but there’s a larger lot in the back that people typically forgot its existence.

I spontaneously found this place and was very satisfied with the great food and service. I was craving a combination rice plate—I usually get it in Chinatown, but it’s really hit or miss over there. The owner helping me took my order immediately and told me it would take about 10 minutes. After picking up the food and eating, I’d say it’s very comparable to the cơm tấm rice plates I had in Vietnam. Definitely coming back, super delicious!!

Pho was decent, but the price is a bit high. The medium size is actually served in a small bowl. The flavor is ok, but I tasted MSG in the soup. I am a bit disappointed because it is not “Da Best” by any means.

Went into restaurant at 11:30 on a Monday; only two tables occupied. No signs indicating, “Order at Counter”, or “Please wait to be seated”. We seat ourselves and wait. Finally, my husband walks up to counter to ask for menus, and the server rudely says, “You can’t just seat yourselves!” We got up and walked out. Again there was no sign indicating what to do. Completely unacceptable.

It doesn't matter how good your food is when your service is this bad. The lady ignored us until we asked to sit and then was extremely rude the entire time. Not only will I never come back, I will also advocate to anybody I know to avoid this place.

Seriously, I've been all over the world and haven't had anyone be this rude at a restaurant. It was almost comical. I only stayed because I wanted to see how bad it would actually get.

I watched her be so nice to every other table while giving us the silent treatment. I seriously think her issue was because my wife was in a hijab. Just in case anyone wants to know who it was I've included a picture of her.

Everything was so good. This is highly underrated. Must stop her on your next HNL trip. My wife and two boys rigged out on wings rolls and Pho. Very good fast service to. DA BEST! ✋️

Worst place to eat with the worst energies you can gather around yourself while eating. The server lady was expressionless, and very robotic with absolutely no smile and no emotions. she was throwing menus on every single table as the customers came in. Where is the courtesy? Then my attention went to the sign right in front of their main desk that read something like, we have the right to refuse service to anyone without giving a reason. Who says that? Where is Customer Service? This place is an absolute example of what a restaurant should not be

Food is amazing. Service is exceptional! Our server made sure that not only we (adults) get to enjoy our food, but made sure our baby had a great time in there.
