“Same DQ with Orange Julius that you remember. Accessible even if not military. Go on in the Navy Commissary sliding doors and take the escalator or stairs up to second floor. To the right of the NEX door is the food court open to all. The Dairy Queen is easy to find and the counter person was friendly and helpful.“
“We ate here yesterday. Dairy Queen is a favorite in my family and we are happy there is one at the Hilton! Our ice creams were delicious and made quickly. We also ordered chili cheese dogs. They were fine, but I assume they were microwaved because they were blazing hot and the bread got that microwaved hardness to it. Stick with the ice cream!“
