I recently visited Dave and Buster’s in Honolulu and I must say, the food was great! Every dish we tried was flavorful and well-presented, making our dining experience quite enjoyable. The service was good as well; the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring our needs were met throughout our visit.However, the atmosphere was just average. It wasn’t particularly bad, but it didn’t stand out as memorable either. It’s what you’d expect from a bustling arcade restaurant – lively and energetic, but lacking a unique vibe that sets it apart.Overall, if you’re looking for a place with tasty food and reliable service, Dave and Buster’s won’t disappoint. Food was alright. Service from the bartender downstairs was good and attentive. But bartender upstairs where the games were didn't acknowledge us at all when we came up to the bar or even sat down for a while. Noticed she was on the other side of the bar by the computer on her phone. Bartenders should let people know when is happy hour.

Pete, Assistant General Manager at Dave and Busters, Honolulu location ROCKS!! We were there earlier today. Like shortly after they opened. We used to live here but we are visiting and brought our grand babies with us to play games after lunch. They were both fascinated on the huge middle big screen TV. I did not think they would change the channel, even with it being early and about an hour before the women’s basketball final eight games. But they did!!! Pete absolutely allowed the waitress to change the channel and let the babies watch the Nickelodeon Channel!! They were so excited yet mesmerized as they were glued to the TV!! Well until it was game time!! Thank you THANK you Mr Pete for doing that for Dylan and Cora!! You made there day well probably their week!! They will talk about watching their show on that big TV for a long time to come!! Thank you!! Diana, happy and proud Gamma!!

Celebrated our teenager's birthday, there, and took advantage of the unlimited arcade play. Best deal, ever!Shout out to one of the assistant general managers, Ms. Carrie Chun, for being the best hostess. She was super accomodating and showed great hospitality. Our server, Brandon, was also the best. He was very attentive and friendly.Thank you, Dave & Busters, for a great day!

I dined in at D&B on Friday. I was with a party of 7. I ordered the fire grilled salmon. It was burnt.I peeled off the burnt parts and ate the rest of the fish. I was extremely disappointed because I have had this dish on 3 previous occasions and the fish was grilled properly. At $24.99, I’d expectsomething better. Another person in my party also had a burnt salmon. Others remarked that their dishes were so-so and did not taste as good as in previous occasions. Fortunately, our waitress was excellent. Burnt food not only tastes bitter but is unhealthy. Also the music is a bit too loud.

Exceptional food and service! Fun atmosphere, especially during football season! GO CHIEFS! We loved the menu variety! Our favorite being the POUND of kalbi plate, the spicy chicken potsticker and various pupus and desserts! Servers and staff were efficient and patient, no matter how busy they were. Even the mngr thoughtfully came over to check on our dining experience. We greatly appreciated everyone's attentiveness to our needs.Parking: Ample parking with easy access to Ward Entertainment Center.Kid-friendliness: This is a family oriented place and the children were well-behaved in comparison to some of the boisterous football fans. LOL. GO CHIEFS!Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible restaurant with ramps strategically placed, making it very easy to maneuver.
Came to Oahu from Maui to celebrate my son’s 8th birthday. Kat the manager was amazing and the staff was amazing as well. Kat went over and above to make sure my son had a blast and we were very appreciative. 1/2 off Wednesday is a great deal and we spent most of the day here, highly recommend!
