Dean & Deluca? More like lean & delusional. Ordered an iced coffee that was lean on actual coffee, delusional that they could even sell something that bad. The interior of the store is nice and minimal and the service was minimally standard as well. More importantly, you’re there for the coffee, but don’t be: it’s not

I ordered the Hawaiian soda Mango and Lilikoi. It was refreshing and easy to drink. The amount was just right and it wasn't too sweet either. There's only one cash register, so you'll have to line up when it's busy. There are 4 seating tables.Tote bags and eco bags cost about $25-40. I visited in the afternoon, but only the gray limited edition bag was sold out. They sold a lot of cute Hawaiian-style kitchen goods and foods.

Nice place overall but really really slow service. Took us about an hour and a half to get coffee and croissant. It was delicious, but breakfast turned into lunch :)

I've seen this small shop for years across from the Sheraton but recently came here specifically to buy omiyage for Japan. A young Japanese national living here gave me a list of things to take and recommended their totes. Shortly after, I was at Ala Moana and noticed a woman from Japan carrying one. It was really cute! The shop sells several different totes but the smaller one with an aloha print at the bottom is behind the counter- You have to ask the clerk for it.. The large totes are out on display. I asked a woman restocking products what was popular and inexpensive with Japanese tourists and she said the small jars of macadamia nut honey so bought several jars of that too The pastries looked delicious but I didn't buy one. Maybe next time!

The food that I've had here is really bad, everything warm is microwaved and my microwaved breakfast sandwich was still cold in the center. I've also had the pastrami and mustard sandwich which was better than the breakfast sandwich but still not great.

While the coffee is just ok and the ambiance is generally pleasant, the overall experience leaves room for improvement. The menu lacks some variety, and the prices seem a bit high for what's offered. The service can be hit or miss, with occasional delays during busy hours. It's a suitable option if you're in need of a quick coffee fix, but it may not be the go-to destination for a truly exceptional coffee experience.

Dean & Deluca was a small boutique that had plenty of your favorite Hawaiian souvenirs that we all love. The store is a little pricey but that something to be expected. However if you're a name brand kind of person they plenty of branded Merch available for you to sport their name. Fun store... check them out when you're in Waikiki.

Had a cappuccino which was filled halfway. The cap was the wrong size and the coffee had spilt. The beans were burnt and tasted awfully bitter.
