“Update 12/28/2025: Still delicious. No wait when I got here at 11:20 am on a Sunday. Food was great, servers took good care of me. Smoky mac & cheese is 'ono!!! /// Went to Denny's Waikiki (the location on the corner of Lewers & Kālia) on the way to the beach at 8:30 am on a Friday, the week before Christmas. Absolutely no wait to get seated, very pleasant, friendly, and attentive wait staff, place was super clean. Breakfast I ordered was out fast! Denny's has upped their food game in the last few years, it's no longer essentially meh truck stop food like the old days. If you haven't tried Denny's in a while, you should check it out. Lunch items available all day if you aren't into brekkie.“
“The Denny’s at the edge of Waikiki, across from The Honolulu zoo, is a delightful neighborhood diner. The entire staff, Alex, Dani, Chris, and Cianna have been great to me over the years and I consider them friends.
The restaurant has a warm, welcoming feel with a healthy portion of aloha and an island vibe.“
