I bought the Hawaiian Shortbread Cookie Pineapple. ?The pineapple scent was really nice, and the bread cookies were crispy and buttery, so they were delicious! I bought it in Japan, so I would like to buy it in Hawaii next time❣️

Tracy from Diamond Bakery provided excellent customer service! Be aware though that they are only open 10 am to 2 pm and very difficult to have them pickup the telephone. The Negative is that they use Fedex for delivery which has very bad service and frequent delivery delays. with no local phone number for support. When I called Fedex all they are reporting to me the exact status I can see online with tracking. My shipment was 2 days late from the original delivery date for a delivery that was only less than 10 miles away. 100% better service from USPS and UPS, Fedex is the worst! Diamond Bakery elected to use the worst delivery service anywhere. If you can pick it up you'll save on the delivery fee but just have to go within their short store hours.

I bought the lilikoi and guaba sandwich cookies from the NEX and the lilikoi was stale and no taste of lilikoi and the guava tasted like strawberry….did anyone did a QC on these…

Didn't ship a major part of my order. So disappointed. Now, I have to call and fix it. Need to be better at their shipping!! Quality assurance and checks need to improve!!
