I’ve been a loyal customer of Dipped by Dee for the past two months, always craving their drip cups. Their service has always been great, and the workers are friendly. However, my experience this afternoon was a complete letdown.
I placed an order for a Dubai drip cup, expecting it to be made on the side like usual. But instead, I received a cup of strawberries with cookie butter. I explained the issue to Chase Zyler, the cashier, but he insisted that I buy another drip cup because he had already made it.
I don’t understand why I should have to pay for his lack of attention to customer service. I paid for a Dubai drip cup, which includes extra ingredients, so I should be entitled to it. We drive 30 minutes out of the way for their drip cups, and I don’t think we’ll ever come back again because of Chase Zyler.

They only allow 3 party max in the store. Like was long over the weekend. It was hot and humid. Line moved but slowly. We ended uo buying the chocolate Dubai cup and it was SOOOO SMALL!! For $10+ for one cup. Although the white chocolate topping was okay, the cookie butter topping was better! It was very sweet but I feel as if you should buy your own ingredients and make your own at home to get your $ worth.

Met Dee today when we stopped in for her delicious candy apples and chocolate dipped strawberries.She is an absolute sweetheart! Everything was so amazing! Apples and strawberries were fresh and we’re so beautiful I didn’t want to eat them. I’m down in Las Vegas on vacation and I’m definitely gonna stop before I leave back home.
Whenever I’m in Aiea, I love stopping by Dipped by Dee for a sweet treat! ? The shop is super cute, and the workers are always friendly and welcoming, making each visit such a pleasant experience.
My personal favorite is the Fresas Con Crema, and my daughter loves the milk chocolate drip cups—they never disappoint!
The only downside? The parking! It can be a bit tricky, especially during busy times.
Just putting it out there…it would be AMAZING if they opened one on the west side! ?

Family has different allergies and staff was VERY patient and helpful in guiding me what items I could consider.
Everything was excellent. We liked the apples the best.
Very good treat and I recommend giving this a try if you have not been.

The desserts are delectable, delightful, and deeee-licious!! I was introduced to this wonderful shop by Maize… thank you!! He wanted to stop here in our way to Sunday Birthday Brunch for his girlfriend’s mom. ♥️??? My daughter!! So thoughtful!
