domino’s has upped their game. The pizza is delicious. Working downtown you can order your pizza drive up to the curb and then run it out to your car so you have a terrific meal ready when you arrive home. Curbside delivery is amazing. I’ve never heard of it before

Service was great. Ate in the restaurant. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and friendly. The bathroom was very clean!!! Tables needed to be wiped off. Pizza was good, hot, and fresh. Had to pay to park but otherwise it was a great experience.

As a previous employee of Domino's, the quality has definitely gone down over the years. This particular one is probably the worst. As well as the only Domino's ive ever felt the need to even send them feedback on their quality. In the last 3 years I haven't had a single order from this place, ever show up remotely appealling. In the slightest. Not even the chicken. Which is probably the easiest to make. You literally take it out of a bag and onto parchment, bake, sauce it. They dont even shake the box anymore. Every driver aside from Tyrion ( i can't remember how its spelled but he's the literal best) specifically the women (and I am a woman who has and is currently working in customer service) have been extremely rude, or simply play dumb to just not follow delivery directions and it's a constant lose, lose, lose. I lose money my appetite and respect for myself for giving them another try. Domino's used to be comfort food in a pinch. Their prices now do not refelct what we're paying for and it's an insult to injury to pay someone an over 20% tip just for them to be a total c word and the food to be as ugly as her attitude. Dont complain through the app they just take your money and ruin your food and night. I would add the pictures as proof if there were an option for that as well as the encounter with the rude delivery driver on my security camera.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I have given multiple chances to do better but the last 2 times I ordered from here delivery took over 2 hours. And even worse than not quoting an accurate wait time is not remaking the pizzas after they have sat for over an hour. Then as I tried to I form them of the long wait and un-edible food I couldn't get ahold of anyone nor did I receive a refund when I emailed. Unfortunate but I have now learned my lesson.

Picked up pizza for dinner from Bishop Street location. Used Domino’s app to order and it was easy to do. There was no selection for “chicken” this time. Pizza was good. Plenty (too much) sauce on both pizzas. Next time we will order for less sauce. Followed Google map but there was no parking on Bishop Street (bike lane takes up left lane). Recommend to drive on Queen Street. It’s one way street and easier to find space to park as long as just run into store and pick up pizza. Not recommended to park there if it takes longer than 1-2 min.

Took way OVER 2 hours to get my online order delivered and by the time it was delivered, I left to go buy food and had to cancel my order when I was called by Mae that she arrived. I have diabetes and needed to eat, not acceptable for any customer to have to wait that long!!! I also called the store after 1 hr and 15 minutes waiting and was on hold for 35 minutes with NO ANSWER!
What is wrong with this store?!!!
I expect the MANAGER from this store to call me. Also reporting to Corporate!

When we ordered our emergency pizza, We were told on the website it would take 5-10 or 15 minutes to get the pizza here, but then they delayed it to 26-41 minutes, or almost an hour to get here,
and, not only did it took an entire hour get here, but they never called back.
We tried 5-10 + times, but they never called back once.
Moral of the story: if they don’t call you back,
on a delayed order,
never order and be a paying customer at this restaurant AGAIN. EVER.
WOULD NEVER ORDER OR BE A PAYING CUSTOMER HERE, EVER AGAIN, AT THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A RESTAURANT.
