I just ordered stuff Chesee bread and I specifically asked them to cut it, but they didn't! So I only tipped the driver $1. Normally I would have tipped $5. I hope this will be a lesson for the next order and if you bring it again without cutting it, I won't tip you.

*Let me just say that The tall African American guy with dreds that I see working on them pizzas Everytime I go in, He is always smiling & always acknowledges everyone that goes in even if someone else is giving me my order. His whole vibe is just a Joy to see. Next time I will catch his name.
**Also I wanted to write a separate review bcuz it was yesterday on a Thursday night… DELIVERY DRIVER BOB WAS SO NICE & He had the perfect amount of Conversation, not too much & not a lil,,, He handed my husband his pizza and wings with care and my husband said that Bob had a big smile on his face and he wished us happy holidays & said thank u for ordering with the company. It is so nice to see when people really like their jobs. LOTS OF LOVE BOB!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM!

I wish I could give 0. That ai is not helpful and why are the real people i finally get to talk to telling me that they are calling from the store im trying to call, but then after ordering, they tell me im gonna be sent to the store I was trying to call originally. What!! And then I cant be transferred and it hangs up. What is so wrong that you cant answer a phone like everyone else?

Well, we always eat Domino's, and it's always really, really good.This time the pizza was covered in too much cheese.Easily with extra robust Romero sauce.It was just not good too much cheese and we never ordered extra cheese but let me tell you what there was enough 4. 4 pizzas on there.... Unfortunately, we won't be going back to that location. But Domino's is always good, so take your chance. Go ahead and eat it up next time. Hold the cheese off just a bit.

Im honestly not much of a complaining person, especially on Google reviews. I believe a company should have the opportunity to fix problems or issues directly with the customer and not be blasted on the internet forever. My situation, however hasn't been addressed, and I have given myself time to think about my words. Im no longer angry, but I am still upset enough to leave this review. I had a friend visiting from out of town and he is a vegetarian, making it difficult to stop by any restaurant. We decided that ordering a couple medium pizzas was an easier way of getting food without worrying about dietary restrictions. I ordered two very expensive medium pizzas (over 45 dollars for 2 pizzas) to be delivered to my place. The estimated wait time was 45 minutes. (Thats fine, I know it gets busy and there are limited delivery drivers) Long story short it took 90 minutes and one of my pizzas was cold while the other was hot. Clearly there was an issue and something happened to one of the pizzas along the line. Only one was remade while the other was sitting cold. Even after all that I wouldn't have mind because things like this happen. The next day the order charge was adjusted to $52.74! For 2 medium pizzas! And one was cold! The delivery was so late that I got an automatic email offering me a free pizza the next time I order (I still have to pay for delivery of course). This is just unacceptable under any circumstances. Im very patient and normally let things like this slide, but to adjust my payment to MORE after the fact is egregious. I've attached a screenshot of the automated free pizza offer.

Last month, I ordered a pizza and was eating it with my husband when he found two pieces of pineapple on it. I was shocked because I have a severe pineapple allergy. I had already finished one slice and had to spit out what I was eating as soon as I realized it.
I’ve never had any allergy issues with this place before, and since I didn’t select pineapple as an option, I assumed it wouldn’t be included this time either. I took my allergy medicine right away, but I was really disappointed that an ingredient I didn’t choose was added.
I understand it can get busy, but please be more careful when preparing food. I really liked this place before, so I’m disappointed this happened and hope it doesn’t happen again.
