They have a variety of toppings and you can mix ice cream flavors. This is a good treat on the way to the beach, and honestly I think it’s enough for two. I got full pretty quick.

Love it looove it! This was my absolute first time and I am already obsessed!! You gotta be careful when to go tho, since they only open certain time and the days. When 4 of us went there, it was only one girl working. After us three were more ppl came in but she did great job making them all in timely matter! Make sure to tip her good too!

After a long day of hiking and beaches, we went here for a snack. The bubble waffle cone was something we’d never seen before and it was quite delicious. They don’t have a ton of flavors, but they make up for it with all the toppings you can think of. Would certainly go back.

This location underwhelmed me. I'm aware there's a location over on Kalani St, but I've never been there. My friend and I had dinner nearby and were looking for dessert places around the area. We both loved bubble waffles and have never been to Double Three. This location is a small stall in a building. I ordered the bubble waffle with whipped cream. My friend ordered vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. We wanted to share both. The bubble waffle was flavorless and kind of hard. Even though the whipped cream added some softness to it, it just wasn't good. The vanilla ice cream was just okay as well. We just weren't impressed. Maybe it's just this location, but I hope the other location is better than this one. We felt like we wasted our money. At least it gave us something sweet to eat. I won't come back to this location.

You design your own creation by choosing waffle flavor, ice cream flavors, sprinkles of all types, and sauce. A double scoop ice cream is $15 or more, but big enough to share and a special treat! A single scoop is $10 with the soft waffle cone and toppings.

Ordered strawberry topping that tasted strange and bitter. I am pretty sure they were rotten. Very few toppings and they only have two flavors: vanilla and the daily special which was just chocolate during our visit. The cashier was very nice however I wouldn’t go back

There's a parking garage across the street. Double three Is located on the 2nd floor in the building. Small stall could easily be missed, but don't!! It's so good! Bubble waffles are made to order and take approx. 6mins and also depends how many people are waiting ahead of you. There's a small paper you can fill out for what you want and hand it in when you're ready to order and pay. Can't go wrong with ordering anything. Unless there's a flavor u know you don't like , then don't order it duh lol. it's so Good. Wish I lived here to try every single thing and continue to return all the time

Special double chocolate with my mini!!! Super fun way to eat dessert with a little one. The double chocolate was definitely creamy and had a light airy texture. The waffle wasn't too hot and not too crunchy. Easy to pluck off one bubble at a time. My Mini surely did love the combination of crunchy and sweet. Her marshmallows were the first to go and the Oreo dust was the last to go. Totally worth the wait. So be patient.
A pretty good soft serve dessert place. While I wouldn't go out of my to go again. I would go again if in the area.

She was all alone with a bunch of customers waiting for their desserts and handled the situation excellently. You're amazing! Sorry I didn't catch your name. :( As it was recently mom's birthday weekend she wanted to try something new and when searching on Yelp we came across Double Three. I knew of their Kalihi location but we weren't sure we'd make it on time from our departure from dinner. We rushed to make it to this location in Honolulu and we're thankful there was still about 20 minutes before it closed. Normally I don't like going anywhere too close to their closing time. As someone who's been in that position, I know how stressful it can be... I apologized for the nutz order we placed and made sure to thank her when picking up our desserts and while throwing away our trash. The desserts were really good! I didn't know what to expect for the bubble waffle mom got. So it was a pleasant surprise that the texture was crispy and slightly chewy on the inside. Their soft serve was also super creamy and delicious.

Located right next to Sho's Kitchen, this dessert stop does not disappoint. Today's flavor was double chocolate. The ice cream was creamy and loved the heavy chocolate flavor. The key is the cone made from those light little balls. Coupled with the ice cream, it was a great dessert! Choose from a ton of toppings. We went simple and enjoyed it.
