We ate here yesterday. Dairy Queen is a favorite in my family and we are happy there is one at the Hilton! Our ice creams were delicious and made quickly. We also ordered chili cheese dogs. They were fine, but I assume they were microwaved because they were blazing hot and the bread got that microwaved hardness to it. Stick with the ice cream!

You scream, we all scream for GOAT Queen. Oh yeah! If theres anything this place excels in, it’s allowing people to order AWESOME frozen confectionary that’ll be sure to make your tastebuds breakdance. Although, the placement of this DQ is certainly something. It’s a real well-hidden place on the beach.

I want to start out by saying when your staff doesn't understand how important proper customer service is to your business, there is an issue; when a guest realizes their order doesn't taste as it normally would at another Dairy Queen; the professional thing to do is listen to the guest and address the concerns instead of laugh and tell them I don't can't fix it due to company policy. My family member ordered a Pineapple Mango smoothie that did not taste blended and not fresh. I ordered a Blizzard it tasted alright. This Dairy Queen is convenient right along the beach on a hot day but can be tricky to find as it faces the beach and below the Hilton Rainbow Tower.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is NOT ADA accessible as there are only stairs leading to the restaurant.

I had ordered a Oreo blizzard, fries, and a stack burger. The stack burger had some mold on a slice of cheese. The fries were cold. And the Oreo blizzard had almost no Oreos in it. Staff was extremely rude and was saying rude things to me and other patrons. I saw a employee yelling at a customer who said that none of their food ever came he said he waited a long time and the customer was just asking nicely.

It’s the.standard DQ experience, which I like. However it’s double the price from any other location in continental US and 30% more expensive than other locations in Honolulu. Sounds like a scam

Like others have said, “they don’t have everything on their posted menu”
That was the “brownie batter” the second time I asked. I did a noble order and it wasn’t done on time, no they were not busy at all, I had to tell them that my mobile order was up there cause the girl kept skipping it over. The lady had to tell her what it was on the screen that I ordered and once she mixed it I told her that that does not look like what is on the screen at all for how it’s supposed to look. Like it was just plain ice cream with chocolate streaks in it. After I had her mix it even more and she added more to the top, it came out like this still not mixed. Yes I did eat it but cause it is real hot outside. As I was eating it there was bits of just vanilla ice cream. Not happy with the service whatsoever. It was like the girl wasn’t even trained.
