Sandra, the General Manager, is awesome! She is always friendly, down-to-earth and creates a wonderful atmosphere and makes the start of your day a great experience! Sometimes Sandra is the only one serving her customers and she is always very pleasant and works hard to get the orders out in a timely manner! Sandra and her staff should be commended for making their customers feel valued and appreciated and in turn, I appreciate all of them. My experiences at this Dunkin' Donuts shop at the University of Hawai`i at Manoa are always pleasant and i look forward to coming to this location for my daily latte. Great job, everyone!

Manager of this location is wonderful. My usual drink didn’t come out right and I asked for it to be remade, she was very sweet about it. I appreciate that so much. Will be back :)

I mean you can't go wrong with dunkin donuts food, it tastes the same everywhere. just the service is so slow? the white girl who was taking orders, I assume was talking story with all the people in front of me since there was a huge line in front of me and behind? (10+ waiting for what should be a quick service)it's just so sad that UH Manoa got rid of a local business that had efficient service and stuck some mainland chain there instead. also so sad they're literally wasting space by not utilizing everything, especially that mini store front instead it looks like cluttered storage? if they're not going to even use that area they should give it up and let some other small vendor use it.

Dietary restrictions: staff is clueless about allergies. so if your allergies are bad I wouldn't eat here.

Pretty average coffee, a bit too sweet.

Great alternative to the other coffee shop on campus.

Nicest staff. Always quick service.

For whatever the reason is, that Dunkin's original coffee, no sugar, with cream is deeelicious, it's definitely my go to coffee (if I didn't brew my own coffee from home). And yes, those donuts are tempting too and I indulge once (ones? ?) in a while.
