We got in quickly due to the reservation wait... but the pancakes came out quickly, but the loco moco came out very, very late due to a missed order. I thought it was just one late, but everyone who came in later than us was already eating, and when we checked if the order had been placed, it seemed like it had only been placed then... I asked to cancel the order, but they said that it couldn't be done and that it would be out soon, but it came out 10 minutes later. The food was so-so.

We went on their online wait list. Aaron, male-type manager called us at 1152am, we went down from our hotel on the same building, and got at the door at 11:55am, and he gave our table away. He said that we were late so sat us down at a corner facing a wall. We didn’t come here to feel like we are on “time-out”. He said you had you have 20 minutes to show up when he texts you. We arrived within the time window given to us from 11:47-12:02. It wasn’t even 5 minutes when we got there. 👎🏼 This Aaron guy doesn’t accept that he made a mistake. Food is mediocre, the place is generic. We chose this place coz it was just below our hotel. Nothing is special about this place Nothing is good about this place. Our server Kent, a kind man, was apologizing about the situation. Aaron, you should be focused on making sure the paying customer will come back. You guys are already well below average. The manager Aaron the bald guy is so rude, I don’t know if it’s because of our color. He doesn't accept his mistake. Food is not that great, they shouldve at least treat all customers equal.

Awful place, crawded overrated, not such a good food as they claim and of top of all, they didnt aloud me to join my family because i got a little bit late

Join the wait-list ahead of time on Yelp, it fills up FAST but the food is really good. Mochi waffles with the chicken and waffles was great, the ham was really good, coffee is good too.

A popular restaurant that is always crowded with people. Making a reservation before heading to the store is a smart choice!
The inside of the store is not very large, but the rotation is good.
The clerk speaks Japanese.

We mad reservations from Google Maps which links to Yelp. I would highly recommend doing this so you will not have to wait a long time.
We tried the Loco Moko, pancakes, and burrito which were all great! Kent was our server and super nice! Thank you for the great service!

The restaurant has a great view out to the Waikīkī beach. The staff is also incredibly friendly while being efficient. Is VERY busy I recommend to put your name on the app with time.
I was not impressed with the food, I do recommend the hot chocolate!

There is also a 3% surcharge added on top of the tip if paying by credit card, which is a rarity among restaurants in the area.

If you really want to eat here, make sure to place your name on their wait list via the Yelp App or website. Failure to do so, will require you to register in person with a tablet outside.

1st time here visiting for my 50th birthday. My server was Kent we started off great so I thought but after waiting 30 min and two separate couples dined in after me received their food I asked that my juice come out with my food…he asked what I ordered ( which meant he either forgot and or blamed it on the chef) handed me the juice which I assumed would be complimentary , but after receiving a lackluster pork chop, eggs and potatoes I just wasn’t satisfied with the service or the meal. Do better next time Kent and the Chef the supposedly forgot
