We stopped by for a treat and had the shio butter which is like a batter croissant with sea salt on top and a couple of pastries. Everything tasted good.Service was great, they answered our questions and made recommendations.

Going back to Hawaii it is always a tradition to enjoy a good custard pie. With Shirokiya and Delight Bakery no longer an option, we were introduced to Epi-ya from a friend. Very happy with the custard pie. Tasted just like we remember from back in the days. Thank you Epi-ya for preserving this jewel from our childhood!! We will definitely be back when we return for our annual visits!!

The best bread in town! Prices are not too bad, especially Family Bread.

This is a small bakery with many delicious baked goods to try. Everything we had was tasty and we recommend it. There are a variety of flavors and you can also get a loaf of bread sliced to your preferred thickness. If you like fluffy bread, give this bakery a try. There is a parking lot so access is easy.

Staff is super polite and ULTRA efficient + fast. Pastries, cookies, buns, pan, muffins ?. I've got a problem, because I always walk out with much more than I intend. 13/10 would recommend. Pricey, but worth it. Pumpkin buns are life ??

Walk in, choose, queue, pay. Their croissants are as good as in Paris. Employee-owned. Top notch boulangerie.

12/9/23 Over the past few months I've seen posts of this bakery. Finally yesterday we made an effort to find it since we were in town for a program and had an appointment right after. We followed Yelp's directions to get there. Parking was difficult since it's in a shared lot with other businesses and we actually circled about 4 times.I sent hubs in cuz I have limited mobility at the moment cuz we needed 3 little treats to take to our appointment. Hubs took a few photos and sent them to me to decide. I told him which ones to get and not to forget the custard pie I had heard about from Bruddah Fran. When hubs returned to the car he arrived with a tote bag he purchased with the goodies inside. I was kinda disappointed cuz the cylinders of shortbread were like the height of my index finger: so tiny yet cute. The size of the cookies were like my thumb and index finger made into a circle. We also got 5 ginger bread men and the pie which we had for dessert after dinner. Smooth and creamy. Almost but... I'm still on the search for the flavor of my childhood memory of Deelite custard pie.As for the gingerbread men, one had its forehead bent up, not completely flat like the others. One had a mad faced eyebrows so I decided to try that one now. It has a subtle gingerbread taste. One cookie went to the assistant of our investment advisor along with the shortbread that also went to two others in that office. The two remaining cookies will be given to the grandkiddies tomorrow at another performance.Hubs liked their shop and was excited to share what he saw with me. One day I will need to step into that bakery myself.Happy holidays 2023.

Fresh baked goodies here. Still the same aroma of fresh baked breads and pies enrobes you as you enter the bakery. It's busy and the bakers are baking up pies galore. Sadly they still did not have a slice of custard pie! I'll wait until it is meant to be ( sad face emoji). New holiday hours are posted.

My family's current go-to patisserie for baked goods if we get tired of the occasional breads at Sing Cheong Yuan, the anpan buns at Don Quijote, or the turtle bread at Honu. Definitely surprised by the raisin bread there! Not too sweet and a popular favorite with the older demographic. I personally enjoyed the chocolate croissants and their various sweeter croissant loaves with almond and chocolate paste or cinnamon and apple. Definitely not a huge fan of the savory options offered but I can tell the pastries are made with love and care. The quality of the breads and presentation make it worth the trip to come back for more, despite the price points. Try to come in the mornings before things sell out. It gets very very busy there and seems like it's frequented by many repeat customers, which tells alot. I will continue to be a patron of this shop!
