I was a walk-in and only waited about 15 minutes before I was seen, which was great considering the queue ahead of me. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and efficient.

All you need to do is sign in at the front desk with two forms of photo ID. After that, just have a seat and wait for your name to be called. It couldn’t have been easier. As long as I’m stationed in Hawaii, I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my ID card needs.“
