Friendly, knowledgeable staff. No appointments done over the phone.In-person name of the building is Military & Family Services, but online to make an appt it's called "JBPHH, Naval Station Pearl Harbor" or Pearl Harbor DEERS / ID Card Office. My experience was Walk Ins wait about 30min to an hour from about 7am til 10am. Idk what the wait times are after 10am. They take Walk Ins up til 1345-ish.Parking lot is between the back of the Preschool and a KFC, but can park Ruby Tuesday side and walk thru.☘️

Gloria Latoya was so helpful in getting my ID Card replaced when my wallet was stolen! Great support

My second time visiting this location for assistance. Customer service was equally bad on both occasions. Young, female receptionist needs to work on her soft skills - vibe from her was bad attitude, rude, snobbish.

If you are suffering from emotional abuse dv don’t count on them they cant help. You’ll only make things worse for yourself, believe me :(

Scheduled an appointment to try to get my card, they called me the day of telling me the system was down worldwide and that they wouldn't be able to make my appointment... so I went to hanger 2 on base to get my card and it took my like 10 mins. They are terrible and every employee should be trained, and whoever made the decision to call me and lie to me so they could cancel my appointment last minute, should be fired.

Asked for an appointment three weeks ago, have continued calling since. No response.

Haven't been to this in years, but came to do some business at the ID office. And oh boy, this place sucks. Appointments are fully booked online and they don't take walk ins. In my experience I made an appointment. From what I was told their system is always down, and when I get the system is down. There are federal workers standing around and not doing anything, drinking coffee and doing personal stuff. It's nice to have a salary I guess. You can hear the poor customer service just sitting here and some type of entitlement from the workers. This place is just as worse as the DMV, but at least the DMV tries to be somewhat customer service oriented. How does operations completely shutdown at a place like this? Where it's central to multiple military installations? Horrible. Update- the system worked after nearly an hour wait. I think they do this as a tactic to discourage walk ins. The appointment system works in my opinion and should be encouraged. Walk ins should be a limited number each day.

The Military Fleet and Family Support (MFFS) Office is a great resource available to military families nationwide and overseas! They have been especially helpful to me and my family for nearly 25 years! From 32nd Street Naval Station, San Diego, to Command Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan, and Pearl Harbor, Honolulu, most of all the staff and volunteers are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and can personally relate to all of the concerns each service member, spouse, or dependent has! As long as you have a current DoD ID card, you are eligible to access all of their resources. And why not?! There are no out-of-pocket costs for their services and they are a wealth of information! If you're a Military Spouse and your service member is either Separating or Retiring, I highly recommend the Military Spouse Transition Seminar. Basically covers transitioning from Active Duty to the Civilian world (i.e. how to be the best support system for your soon-to-be civilian member). I opted for this class, instead of attending the DoD Transition Assistance Program (TAPs) with my active duty member, because it's only 1-day (instead of 3-5 days), it's spouses only, and thanks to the USO, coffee, snacks, and lunch are all provided throughout the day for free! The Military Spouse Transition seminar covered the following topics, in 1-hour increments:-Healthcare: TRICARE, Pharmacy, Dental-VA Benefits & Services: Healthcare, Memorial, GI Bill, Home loans, Survivor Benefits -Financial Planning: TSP, FICO, Excel worksheet-Relocation: PCS pack out, temporary furniture, travel advance-Employment: Resume building, LinkedIn-Wellness & Support: Yoga, MindfulnessThis class is currently only offered once every quarter, so plan ahead and register well in advance through the Great Life Hawaii website. The class I attended was full!If you still have questions after attending the seminar, you can either attend the TAPs class or contact the expert team member for a one-on-one appointment. The MFFS building at Pearl Harbor Hawaii is located in the Moanalua Shopping Center in between Ruby Tuesday's and 7/Eleven. Parking is free.Thank you, MFFS!

Located above PSD, the MFSC provides numerous different types of free counseling for military families and is an excellent resource for learning about yourself or hawaii.
