Gravy Overflow thats for sure Finally got a chance to try a food truck on the side of the street near Spectrum, there was 3 food trucks and one drink truck still open when we were there close to 2pm. We decided to try this one since there was no line, big mistake, shoulda just waited and got something from the other two trucks. Look we all know if its close to closing people wanna close shop and go home, and as a customer I understand that, so my expectations are not as high, but theres a certain degree of difference where the food and service should still be good enough for what we paid form and lucky we still got service vs not caring too much about what is being served. Every plate should be consistent, last plate should be as good as the first. That being said, Ordered Loco Moco Plate and Adobo (since I heard they were great) The loco moco was a little sloppy mistake #1, we know you are closing or should been closed but no reason to serve a sloppy plate. 1 egg was bus up the other one was raw, mistake #2. Undercooked egg is worse than overcooked, debated on cooking egg in microwave a bit more or just throwing it out, didnt want to get sick. My sister was expecting 2 hamburger patties (mistake #3) for the size of the container it came in which was overloaded with rice and gravy. My sister said she ordered fried rice, yet this came with regular rice, it kinda looked like the gravy was poured all over the place to cover that fact they didnt have fried rice, and to make the whole dish look more meaty than it was, mistake #4. The adobo wasnt anything special for me, ive had better, felt it coulda use a little pepper. Portion was very small for the price, was like 5 small pieces ,mistake #5. Had salad but was a little turned off by everything so did not bother eating it. Overall felt like a waste of money. Sister said this place should be 1 star but for me the only thing saving this place from 1 star is because of the friendly girl still taking our order at closing, the drink my sister ordered was good, and that my sister paid for it. : p. Even if all the mistakes were corrected, it would still be debatable to score it 3 stars. Will try another truck next time sorry

The pearl of Pearl Harbor! You can't get Filipino food like this just anywhere; Flo's Kitchen has light, tasty food at great prices. I highly recommend this for lunch, brunch, or even a snack. The employees are very friendly, courteous, and a delight to speak with.

This is what $10 will get you here at this location. I can get more from the other stores located on the same location. Will never purchase food from this store ever again unless they rethink their portion and pricing. 10 thumbs down.

Best kalbi you will find surrounding JBPPH. Could literally eat it every day and not get sick of it.

Ever since a year ago Flo's quality has upped considerably! They now have a daily changing menu. Also, flo makes a stir fry made to order Every day. Every Friday they have Loco Mocos which is one of the best on the island.

Curry chicken was pretty good but the pancit noodles are bland wheat style, not like the authentic translucent we've had before

Nice folks, food/portions are mostly good. Lumpia's $1 each and barely any meat. Get there early before they run out of what you want.

I may not fall in line with some of the other reviewers, but the food is amazing. Not Filipino, so have nothing to compare it to. But the pork adobo, chicken adobo and chicken teriyaki are greatness!! And their banana lumpia are also awesome. Great food, always hot, and always served with a smile.

I have been to many food places on army bases and literally this is the best place ever. I would eat there daily if I could afford it, the price is great the food is fantastic and the ladies that work there are so sweet. They always ask how my day is and strike up conversation they aren't there just to smash food into your hands an get you out of there. The selection is awesome and they allow you to taste what your getting first. Highly highly highly recommend giving them a go!!!

Food tent located on Hickam. By far my favorite place to eat on base. Food is so fresh and delicious.. I usually get the 2 choice combo which comes out to $9. You are allows to go half and half on the starch which is rice and pancit noodles. Popcorn chicken is awesome. Highly recommended

Delicious Filipino food! The popcorn chicken with sweet chili sauce is my favorite. Also love the pork adobo and pancit. Open for lunch only during the week.
