Furusato Sushi

Very limited options.
I got the veggie roll, natto roll (not labeled as even vegetarian), and cucumber roll (unfortunately since the squash roll reportedly has fish stock in it).
The menu states that they are “vegetarian”, i clarified with the server whether the options were vegan on top of it. Very unfortunate, but an easy fix. The options are limited and pretty bland as is especially for the price point. Very small rolls, especially for the price point.
Im not impressed. Just go to tane if you want sushi. If you cant and someone brings you here- you are just going to spend a lot of money on vegetables wrapped in rice- so exciting! 2-if im being nice.

Fantastic sushi! Large menu, small intimate location. They have great value for rolls but you can also order very elaborate pieces a la carte. Very popular and can be busy but they take a number and call you when your table is ready! Will definitely be back!!

Don't go Aloha Dong, it looks like everything that is described in the description is missing if it costs more than 30 dollars. At first, the salmon ikura-don didn't come with salmon roe, so when I said it was for kids, I forgot to leave out the wasabi and that's it. Anyway, it's expensive. You should go to the poke bar instead. Oh, I don't have a picture, but I ate nigiri sea bream and squid. The sea bream was pickled, so I was disappointed. I wanted to curse at the squid, but it was delicious.

We ordered the green salad, Rainbow B, and two hand rolls. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the portions of fish were generous, and everything tasted delicious. The restaurant is quite small, and you may expect some wait time to get in but no complaints at all!

We had an excellent dining experience at Furusato Sushi! The sashimi was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and sitting at the counter made the experience even more special as we got to watch the talented chefs in action. The mackerel and uni nigiri were absolute standouts—some of the best we've had. Highly recommend this spot for sushi lovers!

Well... it's not tasteless. In Korea, you can eat at any Japanese restaurant for 12,000 won, so I didn't agree with such a high rating at all (I had the lunch set, and I was especially disappointed with the soba).
