Bartenders added a cover charge and a 15% gratuity without mentioning it to me. Bad service, mid drinks, rooms were dingy. You get what you pay for, I guess. Unless they add charges without telling you, then you pay for more than what you get.

Came in very excited for karaoke. The man helping us (may 24th , 10:30) had a terrible attitude ruined my best friends birthday because she had an alcohol lei. Such a horrible attitude and experience. Caused her to cry on her birthday. If i could give 0 stars i would. I’m so disappointed as this is a place we have gone to before for fun and exciting celebrations.

I have a legal temporary Id, I was denied access, and the bartender screamed in my face and came across the bar to intimidate me and hit the bar with his hands very hard to scare me. This place is very unprofessional . The bartender should not be In charge of anything. He is emotional and under qualified.

This place said there was no rooms available Friday 20th at around 130am . When ive been going here for years. First time ever hearing that. Plus I know he was lying cause it seemed pretty quiet. I never liked that white guy after he charged my card twice and said no he didn't. When I showed him he did. Took a month to get money back from bank. How are u still there you have no customer service and rude as hell.

I went to this place with two of my best friends to celebrate my birthday (since it's my bday week) we had a lot of fun! The staff there are very polite and laid back. The drinks are cheap and pretty good. I've been here last year for a work Christmas party.
The only complaint is that it gets kinda hot inside the rooms. But maybe it's because I was drinking lol. I'll be coming by more when I get my friends together again :)

One of THE best private room Karaoke spots on island. Hole-in-the wall divey atmosphere, in-studio full bar, extremely reasonable prices, great long hours, and lots of space even during peak times. Could use a fresh coat of paint and some cleaning.
But one of my regular hang-outs, a definite recommend for karaoke-heads.
Parking: There’s a few street parking spots and one parking lot close-by. Definitely crowded for cars on the weekends, try to park early before the nightlife picks up.
