Stopped by again for the first time in a while--ordered single scoops of the strawberry, and kona coffee gelato flavors. Both were flavorful and creamy, and the scoop servings were generous in size. Plentiful seating outside of the gelato parlor, and convenient location right outside of Nordstrom!

I come here a lot for lunch and really enjoy coming to this restaurant. The food is always great. This time I came for dinner. We had a 7 PM reservation and by 8:20 I felt that they were strongly encouraging us to wrap it up when the restaurant doesn't close till 9 o'clock. Our appetizer and dinner came almost at the same time. This was a Friday night. Next time I guess I need to make a reservation earlier.
When we arrived it was perfect. The service was impeccable and she was very polite. As the night went by it got more intense with noise. When we left it was very loud. The food was delicious and the tea was on spot. Our food and experience was lovely but wish it was a bit quiet so we could talk.

We made reservations for 4 pm. Got there at 3:30 pm and was seated outside immediately since restaurant was empty. Only one other diner outside. Service started out good with drink and food order. We ordered the turkey club which was very tasty. The chicken parm sandwich came barely warm and it looked like it had been sitting in the kitchen already premade. The cheese was cold. Could not find wait staff so had to get up and find someone. They took it back. The new parm sandwich was better but the cheese still not melted, and there was barely any arugula (might as well leave out). French fries crispy and very good. Did get refills on ice tea without asking. When ready to pay, my credit card was charged for the only other occupied table outside which was a $20 overcharge error. Generally love this restaurant. Must have been an off day, or maybe should not eat there at 4 pm. Usually we eat there between 11:30-1 pm. Will not hesitant to return.
We love eating at Ruscello! It's a great place to meet family and friends. I wish they would expand or change the menu from time to time especially adding more salads. The salmon Niçoise salad is our favorite!

Ruscello is my go-to for lunch with my sister and 8-year old granddaughter..... my granddaughter is picky but loves the Mac and cheese and cheese pizza!!! And the refills of sprunch!!! Hahaha Service is always good!! Tammy was wonderful ... Mushroom ravioli and panko chicken salad .... Yummmmm

dined outdoors and it was nice and quet, very, very pleasant instead of the noise level inside...wouldn't be able to taste my food. Wonderful view outdoors and breathing fresh air. I'm a short person and the chairs are so low my chin just about touched the edge of the table. Should consider putting cushions or getting highter seats. Other than that, the food and service was excellent. We were a party of 3 - we had the spicy shrimp pomodoro, turkey club sandwish, and the French dip sandwich, all were done to perfection and very tasty. Our server was very pleasant and answered all our questions. A very enjoyable lunch. Thank you.

Always enjoy dining at Ruscello's! Food is delicious. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great location and great food. I appreciate that the staff remember me when I go.

Greeted warmly and as we departed, person who cleared the table made sure to thank both of us. Ahi poke - we always ask for shoyu on the side. Not sure why this isn't a given. Bread and its olive oil concoction were exceptional. Both main dishes were delicious. The turkey club needs the extra long fancy toothpick. Otherwise, since the sandwich is filled to the brim, it will fall apart. Exceptional server.
Ruscello's is always a great place for lunch or dinner. The staff are always courteous, helpful, and accommodating. The food is consistently excellent. Love the plantation ice tea. Location, especially outside seating, is very nice.

My favorite restaurant in my favorite department store. View is primarily why I go but also love the cocktails and food. Our server was a little inattentive today but I guess she felt overwhelmed. Not a big deal, will always be my first choice foe bday lunch/dinners....

Best ice creamery on da island! Only Nordstrom I know of that offers gelato! Great quality & flavors & reasonably priced! Daughter ordered black sesame & I ordered salted caramel & earl grey. YUM!

We went last minute and were able to get in even though they were fully booked. We had calimari with peppers, great combination and wonderful dipping sauce. I had the pizza special with potatoes and leeks! So tasty my wife had shrimp salad that was wonderful, service was fast and attentive, everything came out fast and was very good, I can't wait to go back and try the cauliflower as I saw it on another table, it was grilled to perfection. Great restaurant that won't disappoint.
