No Utensils for beef bowl

Greeted and seated right away at a table. We got there just before the dinner rush. Everything is QR code to order and let the staff know if you need anything else. You can even create a table group so people can oder from your own phone but be sure to not accidentally double order from two different phones. Food quality was good for the price and staff is friendly. The portion of the Fried Squid was awesome! Didn’t eat too much this visit but was totally satisfied!

Vegetarian options: Keep in mind this is a sushi place, but they do have a good amount of items that are vegetarian. Miso soup, eggplant, tofu, green beans, cucumber are just the ones that I remember.

Parking: Ala Moana has a lot of free parking.

Kid-friendliness: Kids have options for other things than sushi. Like chicken, spam, french fries, and egg.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible for sure.

Food was average for the price, not fresh. Presentation was average. Train idea was fun but didn’t make up for the quality of the food. Room was very cold and staff didn’t really do much as you order online yourself. Not recommended. Vegetable tempura was the only fresh nice food.

This place is so dirty! Mosquitos/flies is everywhere! We killed at least 5 on the table within 15mins. My kids love Genki sushi in Asia but the Honolulu shop is way behind standard. I will never go back again.

Sushi is no better than fresh grocery store sushi. No worth the price or wait. Do no use the waitlist they ignore it and will seat anyone standing in the store. So why have it if you ask they will smile and nod.

It's been a long time since my last visit here. Everything is still the same. The menu has not changed much but they do have seasonal and special items. The special item called "Chicken Rayu" is delicious but a little more salty than my likings. Everything else was great! I always get the fried salmon here. Same old taste I had years ago.
Service is also great. Line moves quickly during lunch hours on Saturday.

Order on your phones and the food will come zipping to your seat. A great place to get some of our favorite types of sushi.

The food was great! We ordered a variety of different choices off the menu, and all we're very yummy. The place was clean and it was convenient and fast service. The gentleman inside we're very nice and gave great service. I gave this a 5 star because of how cheap each item was and still had good quality. :) Would recommend if you need a wide variety of food type and I would eat here again.

Not wow sushi, something average. I won’t say that the prices are really cheap, the portions are small. The staff is indifferent. Everywhere is dirty. The tables are sticky, there are napkins lying under the table, the floor is wet. I love the train idea, it really amuses the kids. I don't like the interior. A place without a soul. P.S. Before sending my review, I read other reviews and felt bad ?? so I give it 1 star! ? This is not surprising, if you don’t wash, don’t clean the room, there will be rats and more, it’s logical ??‍♀️ It turns out there are rats here and they run around this train, read the reviews before coming here! I will never come here!

Overpriced compared to other local sushi spots. 5$ for two salmon nigiris of average / below average quality.

The kitchen staff were having a rave, bass was so loud it was shaking the table. Never been to a place with music that loud that wasn't intended for the visitors.

small nit, but unlike the conveyor belt sushis in Japan, doesn't provide a hot water dispenser for tea
