We ordered pepperoni pizza twice from here because it was that delicious. Crispy, hot, soft, cheesy and so yummy. Its on the pricier side especially if youre converting from CAD to USD, but we tried it and loved it.

It's a sports bar. For me sports bars have this smell. And that smell breeds gnats. I ordered the fried cauliflower. Great taste, just wish it would've been brought out when it was first ready like I asked. It was lukewarm. I wasn't too impressed with much else. My husband liked his pizza and my friends liked their food once it came out. The first order of mushrooms were burned and instead of getting caramelized onions like she asked for, her burger had raw onions.

It took approximately one hour for our pizza and a beer to be served, which is unacceptable for a lunch service. In addition, our server promised to bring a hot chocolate for my daughter, but after more than 30 minutes, we were informed that it could not be made. The most concerning issue was the behavior of the hostess (short blonde hair, glasses). She was very rude and unprofessional, repeatedly ignoring us whenever we asked for assistance. Her attitude significantly affected our experience. Overall, this was a very bad experience, and we left extremely dissatisfied. This is not the level of service I would expect, especially when dining with family.

Order the burger and it was not good , frozen tasting ..and the rubeun was bad. Cold fries!@ not impressed, we wont be back. Especially when they charge extra for things that should be included like cheese . Prices for what we got , SAD 😔

I ordered 2 Meatball Subs for my girlfriend and I in an online order because after 6 separate calls (3 from a hotel landline and 3 from my cell) I couldn’t get ahold of anyone at Giovanni’s. I spent 40$ for a sandwiches with barely any sauce and the “meatballs” were completely smashed into a ground beef consistency with absolutely no bite. The sauce is actually quite nice but the beef was completely bland aside from maybe salt and oregano. As someone born and raised here I couldn’t ever recommend this spot in good conscience. I’m sure their happy hour is great and staff are too just go get drunk and don’t touch the food.

I asked for a corned beef Ruben on a brioche bun instead of rye. Took it back to the hotel, and there was no sandwich, just a bunch of meat and cheese with some fries. For $23 a sandwich, go somewhere else
