This location gives half the scampi seasoning as north shore. Disappointing but the little given was still delicious.

Kakaako This is a garlic shrimp shop located in the food hall on the second floor of H-Mart, a Korean supermarket. Now you can easily enjoy our signature garlic shrimp, which was previously only available at Haleiwa food trucks! It was very delicious with lots of garlic!

Spicy foods are less spicy if you peel them off properly before eating them.
Scampi is the best.
It may not have a beach atmosphere, but it was still delicious.

A store on the 2nd floor of H-Mart.
If you walk around Hmart and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor, you will find several restaurants.
It was also nice to be able to use the rest room.
There was a long line of people ordering at Giovanni's.
I ordered lemon/butter.
The rice was soaked in lemon juice, so it was too sour, and the shell was hard, so I wish I had ordered something with regular garlic.
I bought it for the purpose of buying a T-shirt from a shop in Hawaii as a souvenir for myself, and I really like the character on the back because it has a design that is not found in Japan.
The whole shell was delicious. It was empty so there was no waiting time, and it came out right after I ordered. It's inside the food court, so it's air conditioned and there are no insects, so it's comfortable.

After not being able to get into the Giovanni’s on the north shore due to the crowds, was happy to find this alternative downtown. No wait at prime dinner time. Located above the H mart in a food hall. While lacking in the authentic shrimp truck feel, the convenience more than made up for that. Shrimp was amazing. Would absolutely go again.

Garlic shrimp goodness without having to drive to the North Shore. They keep it simple by keeping a short menu (5 items) and doing it well.

Came a minute late so they wouldn’t serve one more plate when there’s 3 people still in line ahead of me ordering.

In Waikiki, I went to the food court of H MART, a Korean supermarket, to eat Giovanni's Garlic Shrimp. The food court is located on the second floor of the building and can be accessed from the outside stairs and inside. There are quite a few empty tables in the food court, so you won't be unable to sit down. GIOVANNI’S shrimp menu has three flavors, and number 1 is the standard. Number 2 is Hot & Spicy. Number three is lemon/butter, and number four seems to be hot dogs. They also have a Japanese menu, so it's easy to understand. We chose number 2. It was as spicy as BUFFALO WINGS, and I had a hard time eating it because my finger after peeling the shell got dirty and stinging from the sauce. It is written that they will not be exchanged after ordering, so if you don't like spicy food, I think No. 1 is the safest choice. If I ever go there someday, I'll try the most popular dish, number 1.

Garlic shrimp from Giovanni's Truck is finally available in Kakaako! !
This way, you can enjoy delicious shrimp without having to take a car or bus.
I used to go to the truck, but even if I left early in the morning, I couldn't get there at the right time because I had to stop by the beach. Parking lots now cost money...
However, if you go to Kakaako, you can walk from Ala Moana! !
You can eat delicious shrimp!
I love Giovanni's garlic shrimp and eat them every time I go to Hawaii.
The price is good, but the volume is just that! One is enough for two women!
There were about 14 large shrimp on board!
This is a food court, so there are other shops and you can enjoy your meal in a cool atmosphere.
The entrance is via the stairs or elevator from inside the Kmart (Korean supermarket) below, and then the stairs outside. It's a little hard to see, but there is a signboard at Kmart.
