My husband and I just reluctantly returned from Oahu following a wonderful vacation. Our last-night dinner was at Golden Pork Tonkotsu Ramen and was a final highlight. The employees at this place were exceptional, as was the food. Our server assisted us in selecting a sake and it was incredible. He also assisted us in selecting an appetizer; a scallop and asparagus dish that I am still craving. The ramen was delicious. If you love garlic, I highly recommend the garlic ramen. Can't say enough good things about this place!

The ramen broth is rich and delicious.The staff is friendlyThe downside is that the surrounding area is a bit dangerous if you go at night.There was a homeless person right next to the restaurant, and he started screaming every few minutes, and eventually he started looking at our group from outside the door and saying something. It was scary haha.Anyway, if you go to eat ramen, I recommend it!

Visited Golden Pork Tonkotsu Ramen Bar recently and I've got to say, the flavors here are a real journey for the taste buds! The original tonkotsu broth was rich and deeply flavorful, offering a creamy and hearty experience that I absolutely loved. I also tried the spicy flavor broth, and while it packs a punch with its heavy spiciness, I found myself leaning more towards the original flavor for its pure, unadulterated richness.The chicken karaage, on the other hand, was a bit on the dry side for my liking. It's not a deal-breaker by any means but something for the kitchen to note.Overall, this place serves up some seriously delicious ramen with broths that are bursting with flavor. It's a solid choice for any ramen lover out there. I'm giving it a well-deserved four stars. Highly recommend trying the original tonkotsu broth if you're visiting for the first time!

Today was a perfect day for ramen so my family decided to hit up Golden Pork. It wasn't very busy when we arrived and the server suggested we sit at the table nearest the door. It was a bit chilly there being that we would be sitting close to the air conditioning unit. We ended up moving to the counter. The place doesn't have the best ambiance. It is pretty dark with its black walls and black floors, not to mention the floors are really sticky too.We started with some apps. We got charsiu sitting over shaved cabbage, gyoza, edamame..all were great!My fiancé and my dad both got the classic tonkotsu and they enjoyed their ramen. The broth was very flavorful.I decided to be adventurous and get the tsukemen. The noodles were clumped together. Dipping it in the broth could not even separate these clumpy noodles. And even though the broth was flavorful, the broth didn't stay hot for very long. I should have stuck with the ramen on this rainy day.I definitely had fomo this visit. Next time I will stick with my usual tonkotsu ramen. Not sure if I will come back here though:/
