The flavors reminded me of a department store cafeteria in Japan during the 1980s. While there’s some nostalgic charm in that, I was hoping for more subtle and balanced seasoning—this is Hawaii, after all. I believe that kind of flavor is possible even without raising costs. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend these menu items.

Ordered the Chashu Tan Tan Ramen level 2. It wasn’t spicy at all and the broth was thin for a tan tan ramen considering it should have a little creamy texture to it.
Aside with a little bit of spinach and green onions, there is nothing else in it.
