Best short order restaurant at a government facility. If you can get to NOAA on Ford Island its a must visit! Great food that isn't traditional greasy spoon: poke, gourmet sandwiches, a salad bar, and coffee stand. The dining area is spacious with amazing views of Pearl Harbor!
