I recently visited this store and witnessed an extremely upsetting interaction between an employee named Lolita and a customer. Lolita displayed a shockingly rude and hostile attitude toward the customer, who remained calm and respectful throughout. Her body language and tone were aggressive, and at one point, she threw a perfectly good loaded ice cream cone into the trash in what appeared to be an act of spite.
Everyone in line was visibly uncomfortable and agreed the customer did nothing to deserve such treatment. The entire incident was unsettling and left me and others around me feeling deeply disturbed. It’s unacceptable for any customer to be treated this way.
I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and investigates the situation. Haagen Dazs is known for quality, and that should extend to the customer experience. This kind of behavior should not be ignored.

It was very crowded and there were about 6 groups in there.
The two clerks were in no hurry lol
But I can't eat it in Japan anymore. I ate it 2 days in a row ❤

Haagen-Dazs store in the food court of Ala Moana Center. Since it was my first time seeing it, I couldn't help but stop by for dessert. I ordered a milkshake because it looked delicious. It was big, sweet, and very delicious.

Delicious. I got the raspberry frozen lemonade and it was delicious. It was $8 something but i used the coupon attached for a dollar off. The lemonade tastes almost like a smoothie form of raspberry sorbet but is also larger and does not seem to have dairy, contrary to most smoothies

The Sundaes are delicious—I recommend the Cookies & Cream Sundae—but the last 2 times I've been there I've had issues with the cheap plastic spoons they provide. The first issue was the spoon broke in half at the handle in my car, where I almost spilled a bunch of sundae all over my interior. Today I went back and got the same sundae and cut my lip on the edge of the spoon! Just poor quality lowest common denominator supplies; thousands of options out there, they probably went with the cheapest. Yay capitalism! Room for improvement here.
Poor customer service, drink I ordered was disgusting. When I told the woman the response was "well I made it how it was supposed to be." Cool still think it's gross and could not get one remade or replaced.
